First time I called them the office staff answered all my questions. At my first appointment Dr. Watson and his assistant explained everything in detail and came up with the best plan for my wisdom teeth removal. The day of my appointment was met right away by office staff just like my first appointment. I was taking back by one of his assistants and she explained everything that was going to happen. Dr. Watson came in and he went over everything that he was going to do that day again. After I had my wisdom teeth and two molars removed I had little to no pain after the surgery. Can’t thank Dr. Watson and his assistants enough how smoothly the surgery went. Everyone working at CLE OMS Rocky River were so friendly. If I ever need an oral surgeon again I will definitely go back to Dr. Watson and CLE OMS Rocky River. I highly recommend anyone needing an oral surgeon to go Dr. Watson and CLE OMS Rocky River. Thanks again for the awesome job you did on my wisdom teeth and molar surgery.

Just yesterday I had a amazing experience at CLE OMS Rocky River.
I was scheduled for a bone graft in anticipation of getting a implant in the near future.
Dr.Watson and his team were fantastic.
I was a little nervous going in but they put me at ease with their professionalism and genuine kindness.
The reception staff was wonderful as well.
They were welcoming and knowledgeable and knew how to take care of business.
I highly recommend this establishment and can't wait to go back.

When I first called Rocky River Oral Surgery I was in a lot of pain. I needed to get in quickly and I was lucky enough to speak to Michelle at the front desk. She got me in within 24 hours.
I was lucky enough to meet Dr. Watson who examined my extraction originally done elsewhere and told me that there was nothing more than to do it over if I wanted to know what was causing my extreme pain.
I gave Dr. Watson the go ahead and he re- did the surgery that day. Dr. Watson surgery was successful from that day forward.
The office is friendly. The staff and Dr Watson are extremely competent and communicative as well as authentic real people.
Today was my final check up … totally healed bone graft took, post is in and now all I need is to wait for the crown to be made & Installed permanently by my regular dentist.
If you need an oral surgeon, this group and Dr. Watson particularly Is highly recommended by me. I know you will not be disappointed.

I wasn’t looking forward to this—my dentist said I had 2 fractured Molars that had to be removed, but it was too much for them.
Thankfully I found Dr Watson, and his wonderful staff. They all went out of their way to make this easy, and painless. Since the surgery was on a Friday, I was surprised to get a follow up text from Dr Watson on Saturday, asking how I was doing…!
It has been a month, and I have never experienced pain during, or after, with no complications. I only wish all things were this easy—Thank You..!

I had a great experience with Dr. Watson and the team. I apologize that I can’t remember everyone’s names, but every single person I interacted with was fantastic. Michelle at the front desk was wonderful, and Brandy did an excellent job drawing blood for the procedure.
I had a sinus augmentation and bone graft done for a future implant, and they were incredibly gentle and thorough. I honestly didn’t feel a thing—even the anesthetic injections.
Highly recommend this office and I’m looking forward to coming back in a few months to finish the implant.
