My experience with ClearChoice Dental Implants was one of the most financially and emotionally exhausting experiences I have ever gone through. I invested a significant amount of money into what I believed would be a professional, life-improving dental solution. Unfortunately, the reality after payment was completely different from what was presented during the consultation process.
Everything feels reassuring in the consultation room — promises, confidence, and professionalism. However, once treatment began and payment was secured, the level of communication, accountability, and patient care drastically changed. I experienced repeated issues including poor communication, lack of follow-up, lack of transparency, and what felt like dismissive behavior whenever concerns were raised.
What has been most devastating is that I was ultimately left dealing with health complications, emotional stress, and a major financial burden. I later discovered that much of the work performed had been done incorrectly and required replacement and corrective treatment elsewhere, costing even more money on top of what I had already paid.
Patients should understand that this is not a minor cosmetic purchase — this is a major medical and financial investment that can directly impact your long-term health and quality of life. Before making a decision, I strongly encourage people to thoroughly research providers, read independent reviews carefully, verify credentials and experience, and utilize resources like the Better Business Bureau to look into complaints and patterns of customer experiences.
I wish I had slowed down and done deeper research before committing. If sharing my experience helps even one person avoid the physical, emotional, and financial hardship I went through, then writing this review is worth it.

I had a great experience today. Nina was my patient consultant and was absolutely wonderful very knowledgeable, professional and made the entire process feel seamless from start to finish. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable throughout the visit. Highly recommend!

My experience with ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was professional, caring, and attentive throughout the entire process. Mrs. Nina Lassien went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, informed, and valued as a patient. Her kindness, professionalism, and dedication to excellent patient care truly made a lasting impression. I greatly appreciate the exceptional service and positive experience I received.

When I walked in I received a very warm welcome by Courtney at the front desk! I did my consult with Chase and Kaitlynn, and received service by Courtney from the back! They all made me feel welcomed and comfortable with my decision they didn’t pass any judgement and they all were GREAT! I highly recommend them!

Went in for a consultation and had the opportunity to be serviced by Nina. She was very friendly and polite upon our initial contact. Nina was helpful and informative in explaining each step of the process. Upon going over my scan she provided detailed information about Clear Choice and the processes they follow to determine if I would be a candidate for the implants. She also gave positive feedback on the dental staff who perform the procedure. Nina clearly knows her stuff and eased my mind about any reservations I might have. Thank you Nina for a “Great Customer Experience”!!!

He works alongside Dr. Stefan Vila, Oral Surgeon, who holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at the University of Southern California, where he served as a graduate research assistant, and is affiliated with Alpha Omega International and the Psi Omega dental fraternity.
