I arrived about 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment, which gave me the opportunity to relax and prepare for my visit. As this was my first time at the clinic, I was aware that I would need to complete some paperwork. The process was straightforward, and the friendly reception staff guided me through it with ease. The parking lot had limited spaces, which could have been a concern, but luckily, I found a spot close to the entrance without any difficulty. Upon stepping inside, I was pleasantly surprised by how bright and clean the interior was. The waiting area was well-organized, with comfortable chairs that invited me to sit and feel at ease. Soft lighting and calming decor contributed to a welcoming atmosphere. The staff members I encountered were not only friendly but also genuinely helpful. They answered my questions with enthusiasm and offered to assist me whenever needed. After a brief wait, I was escorted to a private examination room where I watched a well-produced video packed with valuable information about the services they offer. The video was engaging and helped clarify my options, making me feel informed and confident. Despite the overall positive experience, I learned that the clinic does not provide crown services, meaning I ended up in the wrong place for my specific dental needs. Although that was a bit of a disappointment, it didn't overshadow the excellent care and professionalism I experienced during my visit. All in all, it was a wonderful experience at a truly great business!

I can’t say enough good things about this dental clinic! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. The dentist was incredibly thorough, explaining every step of the procedure and making sure I was comfortable the entire time. The clinic is spotless, modern, and very well organized. My treatment was smooth and virtually painless. I truly appreciate their professionalism and genuine care for patients. Highly recommended for anyone seeking quality dental care!

This is the WOOOORRSSSTT place ever I had an appointment today at 7:30 I entered and I saw two girls one heavy set with braids the other mid weight with box braids and I heard another girl standing on the side the heavy set girl was not inviting very dismissive. KEEP READING IT GETS WORST! .. as soon as I finished the digital document stood up I see the heavy set girl doing the girl hair with box braids apparently she had half of her hair done and they started to do her hair literally right behind the desk!!!!!!! I was sooooooo embarrassed as a black women on how unprofessional they were and verrrryyyyyyy uncomfortable. To even be vulnerable at the DENTISTT!!! I would neeeeeeveeerrrrrrrcome here AGAIN ! I should’ve taken a photo but I wasssss sooooo shocked and uncomfortable. And when I got up and spoken to the heavy set girl who was doing the girl hair with the box braids apparently. I told her “I do not feel comfortable with you doing hair behind the desk.” YOU KNOW WHAT SHE SAID!!?? 🤣🤣 “well her hair not done so I gotta do her hair” 😱😱 WHAAAATTTT!????? I was soooooo embarrassed for her I just told her I’m going to cancel my appointment. She looked back said okay have a good day and continued to do the lady hair. 🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️ I’m done. And never again.🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️

My experience was not a good one. The first day I went, I was not told what the procedure was going to be, and I was asked to put on a diaper. I am old but don't wear diapers. All my directions were different. I was told the first day that I didn't need anyone with me and when I got there, I was told that I had to have someone with me. All my directions were different by different people. I did not have any problems at Fort Mill. All my directions were very clear.

Your professionalism made a difficult experience feel manageable, and your kindness helped her feel safe and supported every step of the way. You are the BEST!!!
