My ClearChoice experience has been everything I hoped for. The staff are wonderful, always professional, and a pleasure to work with. The doctors are caring, patient-oriented, and clearly very knowledgeable of their practice. So far I have had a remarkable experience. I only have a few more appointments before my smile is complete. My mother inlaw implants To Whom It May Concern, My name is Jennifer Wilkins, and I am writing to request your assistance regarding ongoing problems with the dental implant treatment I received through ClearChoice in Memphis, Tennessee. In 2024, I took out a loan to finance dental implant treatment at ClearChoice because I believed your organization offered the highest quality of care available. Prior to choosing ClearChoice, I had explored other options but was not satisfied with the results they offered. Based on ClearChoice's reputation and commitment to excellence, I felt confident entrusting my dental care to your team. My surgery was performed by Dr. Mohamed Shafter and his staff. Throughout the process, they were professional, courteous, and supportive. However, within a few weeks of receiving my prosthetics, I began experiencing significant discomfort and pain. After several calls, I was scheduled for an appointment with my doctor, who discovered that the upper prosthesis had been made too large and was causing problems with my lower teeth. At that appointment, I was assured that the issue would be corrected. New measurements were taken, and a replacement upper prosthesis was ordered. Unfortunately, due to excessive swelling, bleeding, and complications related to the quality of the replacement, my original oversized upper plate had to be reinserted. I was later informed that ClearChoice had discontinued its relationship with the company responsible for manufacturing the replacement. Today, I continue to live with constant pain and discomfort. My upper plate remains too large, and my lower plate will not stay in place properly. These issues have significantly affected my quality of life, my ability to eat comfortably, and my confidence when smiling. In addition, I have exhausted my savings in an effort to obtain the dental care and smile I was promised. Despite these challenges, I still believe in ClearChoice and its commitment to providing quality care to its patients. I am respectfully requesting that my case be reviewed and that appropriate action be taken to resolve these ongoing issues. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to work with your team toward a solution that restores both my comfort and confidence. Thank you for your time, attention, and consideration. For one it’s nice, clean and smells amazing. The staff is so awesome. From Crystal the front desk receptionist to Josh the consultant Shelly was wonderful doing my Smile Design. Jimmy was welcoming and Stacey was such a sweetheart when scheduling my appointments and she made me feel like we’ve been knowing each other for years. Overall it has been a lovely experience, I truly felt like family and all of them have beautiful teeth!!

My experience was wonderful from beginning to end! It took awhile from start to finish (we moved), BUT everyone was positive and went out of their way to make sure I was their sole focus. That went a long way in keeping my stress level down. A++ all the way!!!

It is not every day that you get to meet great people with great personalities.
