I love this place. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. I feel like they go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable. The receptionist Ashley I think her name is but always has a smile on her face when you walk in and when you leave and is extremely helpful. Shonn Was amazing very friendly, Pleasant and extremely welcoming. She Makes your patients feel at ease and always has a smile on her face

Okay, when I first entered the Clearchoice building. Stephanie came to the front desk to fill in at the moment, as if she had two jobs. And lots of energy. She took me to the back for consultation. We went over every important detail about the procedure. She is too professional. She asked me as if I had any questions repeatedly to make sure everything was going well which it did. She kept me laughing the whole time I was there. I never had the experience with any customer service better than Stephanie. If I could I would give her a 10 star review. Keep up the good work Stephanie, you are the greatest. 馃挴

I went to a consultation and I鈥檓 very happy with how friendly and kind they are! After that i went to the appointment and Nathalie Ferreira is incredible, shes very hardworking and she answered all my questions. Everyone makes an excellent team. I 100% recommend Doctor Ortega, shes very professional.

My consultation was with Zahar in the Newnan, Georgia location. She was very friendly and personable. Post surgery I didn鈥檛 have any bruising , just swelling for a few weeks. Be prepared to eat soft food for a while; fish, eggs, yogurt,etc. I would not recommend using a water pick for cleaning. It messed with my alignment and had to get it tightened back. This was completely my fault. Overall service at Clearchoice in Newnan is great .

Nani & and Dr.Ortega are my absolute favorite humans! I had some issues with the office manager as she鈥檚 not friendly or professional but luckily the other staff makes up where she lacks. This is a very expensive process but there鈥檚 nothing better than not being ashamed of your smile.
