I have always had a pleasant visit here at the ClearChoice in Norfolk Virginia. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by the young lady at the front desk with the perfect smile so you know you are at the right place. Once check in , Ms. Michelle consults you on what to expect doing the whole process. After I agree on having the procedure, Ms. Meko made sure I got the implant (which is my 2nd), surgery date and time that best suited me. I can not say anything bad about ClearChoice Norfolk, VA. I can honestly say, they do not treat you as a patient, but more as a family member. I also would like to say all of the Doctors are really good. Dr. E performed my procedure and it was basically pain free, quick and successful. Again, thank you all for a wonderful visit. If in need of a dental implant, I highly recommend ClearChoice Norfolk VA.

The staff at Clear Choice in Norfolk are TOP NOTCH. From the minute you walk in the door, you're greeted with kind words and a smile. My appointments were scheduled early in the morning, so there was very little wait time. From the initial consultation with their absolutely professional and VERY knowledgeable consultant,Nancy, I believe they're called PEC's, I wasn't left wondering about any aspect of the upcoming procedure, the teeth, the cost, etc....Appointments were scheduled at my convenience, and the surgery went very well. The surgeons, the prostodontist, the surgical techs, the entire group, very professional, very empathetic and you just get an overall sense that they truly care about your well being, and your new smile! I would highly recommend Clear Choice. I always wanted that "Perfect Smile". Nancy, Jenn, ALL the surgeons and prostodontists, the entire staff of techs ensured that I walked out with that perfect smile. They changed my life!!!!! I would give 10 stars if Google allowed it.

Services were friendly, but..........I was hoping to get my lower teeth removed and replaced. No go! They told me I had such beautiful teeth! If I had such beautiful teeth, I wouldn't be trying to get them worked on. Even teeth with root canals have hairline fractures and my teeth hurt on both sides and one tooth is 1/2 filled, my teeth are stained and crooked. I was refused help. Even if I was going to pay cash!

I went for a yearly scan, check and cleaning of my implants on 9-29-25.
Staff member Jenna was very polite, proffesional and engaging. She asked all the right questions about my implants, and how I was doing with them. She also gave me tips on how to continue to keep them in good shape in the future. Thank you for a very nice office visit.

Has not worked that well the set of teeth I got are too tall two bulky uncomfortable catches all the food and jams up my jaws hurt if I open them too well I can’t open them wide enough to eat a hamburger. They’re hard to keep clean food constantly gets under them that not dying on my gums. I just don’t like them. I can’t get my mouth open wide enough to buy a hamburger. It hurts my jaws, and I bite my tongue to three times a day. These teeth aren’t made for my mouth.

She is joined by Dr. Josna Thankachan, Associate Prosthodontist, DMD, MDS, a graduate of Al Azhar Dental College in India and a member of the American College of Prosthodontists. Surgical care is provided by Dr. Grant Tippet, Oral Surgeon, DDS, a University of Texas graduate and member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society, and Dr. Joseph Boice, Oral Surgeon, DMD, MD, a Case Western Reserve University graduate whose listed credentials include the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
