Love this place. From The beginnings with Dani to Dr. Daifallah amazing surgery performance. Whitney and the other ladies that took great care of me and were personable and friendly. I cannot forget Dr. Dashan. She was so amazing and wonderful. Her kindness and enthusiastic demeanor just makes you feel like you’re her only patient, just love her and her kindness. Thank you all. I had a good experience at ClearChoice, the building and office were easy to find. Everything was pretty straight forward from their recommendations to pricing. The recovery area was comfortable and private and my ride was able wait there while I had my procedure done instead of sitting in the lobby and that was nice for them. As far as the actual procedure went and the amount of pain I was in after was not bad and they were flexible with my pain management which was very helpful and appreciated. If anyone needs any significant work done, they should very much consider here and I do like my dentist but I wouldn't have been able to have this kind of experience or been able to get this much done at once and for that I am grateful.

Angela is wonderful. She deserves a raise! Natalie was also great!!! My dear friend Dani that helped me get started with treatment was super helpful explaining the treatment and put me at ease. The team of Doctors are outstanding and make me feel relaxed. Super happy with my smile! High recommend this office!

My initial consultation was a great experience. Everyone was courteous and welcoming. I was clearly informed the expense of expected procedure. Options that I had to finance the procedures. Having used Clear Choice in Cleveland Ohio I had an expectation of service. Clear Choice Kansas City clearly meet my expectation. I look forward to having my dental service completed with Clear Choice KC staff!!!

You can do better, I would look elsewhere first. This is a national chain surgery mill, so on the good side they have a lot of practice doing a small number of procedures. Unfortunately, customer care aspects are reflective of a high volume high profit surgery mill. Our child needed a full upper and lower construction about 5 years ago, at a cost of around $53,000. When we left, we were told this is a lifetime-level solution, implants should be expected to last 25 years or even longer with good care, and the posts surgically implanted should last decades, maybe even your whole life. At around 5 years, however, there was a post failure, possibly due to a surgical mistake or simple miscalculation. After an exam, we were informed that the work was "out of warranty", and the entire process halted and we were asked to immediately pay more money in order to proceed and schedule the repair in the future. There wasn't much concern that their work failed, or about the patient. When we asked about the failure happening in only 5 years versus the expectations were were given, we were smugly informed by the nurse that "nothing lasts forever", and that the "warranty" on the surgery was only for 5 years. The doctors are very capable, and these specialists can be hard to find. Unfortunately, many of them are trapped in organizations like this one where care for the patient and customer falls a distant second to collecting their money.
