Clear Choice Pittsburgh has been an amazing journey. Dr. Zach, Jill, Kathy, India and Thomas have been with me every step of the way. They truly care about my needs and concerns and they deliver amazing results. I looked at other providers, but in the end, I chose Clear Choice and have never regretted my decision. Dr Zach and his team deliver positive results and I am so fortunate to have surrounded myself with an amazing team of experts and professionals. I would highly recommend Clear Choice Pittsburgh for all your dental needs. This is the best thing ever! The staff are the most pleasant people to work with! From consult with Michelle Makepeace to the clinical staff with Dr. Zach leading is the greatest experience! Everyone including Thomas at the front desk is awesome! Making the decision to get full dental implants was a life changing decision! The best team of people to work with!

My Experience with Clear Choice has been a confirmation of money well spent the professionalism of the staff puts you at ease, knowing that my best interest is foremost. My experience with Dr. Zach and Dr. Cohen has been top-tier. This investment is an investment. I’m happy I made.. The look is the most natural I’ve seen also, the staff is only one phone call way to help with any adversities or questions that you may have all I can say is bravo I’m a police customer

OMG!!! What a Godsend ClearChoice has been to me. I am a single mother of 8 who has worked hard and do to lack of dental help my teeth have suffered alot to the point of health problems. When I first came to the office Ms. Jill Tyndall was a ray of sunshine. She was kind, a good listener and gave me alot of information. I left that day feeling confident and determined. Unfortunately life events hindered me greatly and I had to put my quest for a better smile on hold. During that time Ms. Jill checked on me and kept in touch. She gave me hope that I can still get a beautiful smile. So today I came in today to see Ms Jill and explained that im still in a financial situation but wanted to review my options. In my head I thought I would start off with the bare minimum work that I could and build from there. Ms Jill and the doctor came and spoke with me and gave me a blessing of a lifetime. They said they would work with my budget and we made a plan to get going on my new smile. I have been ashamed, insecure and broken due to my teeth. In that moment all hurt, shame and fear was gone and was replaced with hope, faith and tears of joy. Clearchoice, the doctor and Ms. JILL are my angels on earth. I can't wait to see the new me!!!!! My journey started on May 29. Today, September 8 I received my finals! The whole staff at Clearchoice Pittsburgh corporate Drive, has been nothing short of amazing! We know that With choosing them I would be in the best possible hands. I would absolutely recommend them over and over again. ClearChoice Dental Implant Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania serves patients from the McCandless Corporate Center, Building One, at 5500 Corporate Drive, just east of McKnight Road and about one mile south of McCandless Crossing, with free parking in the lot. The center focuses on dental implant care delivered in one location by prosthodontists and oral surgeons, including full mouth dental implants, implant dentures, implant supported bridges, single tooth implants, and same-day Teeth in a Day treatment. Pre-implant preparation such as bone grafting, gum disease treatment, oral surgery, and extractions is also offered. The center is open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm and Friday from 7:30 am to 2:00 pm.
New patients begin with a free consultation that typically includes a health history review, dental X-rays, and a 3D cone beam scan to evaluate bone quality and determine implant eligibility. From there, the team creates a personalized treatment plan and provides a written, all-inclusive estimate up front. The center does not accept direct payment from insurance carriers, but patients receive a single bill they can submit to their insurer for potential reimbursement, and third-party financing options may be available. Meet the Doctors
The Pittsburgh center's clinical team, operating as Implant Dentistry Associates of Pittsburgh, P.C., includes Dr. Zachary Raffensperger, DMD, an associate prosthodontist who earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine and his Certificate of Prosthodontics at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and is a member of the American College of Prosthodontists, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and the American Dental Association. He has been with ClearChoice since July 2019. Dr. Ghislain Cohen, DDS, MS, is also an associate prosthodontist at the center. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Meharry Medical College and her Master of Science and Certificate in Prosthodontics from The Ohio State University, and she is a member of the American College of Prosthodontists. She joined ClearChoice in August 2025.
