The decision to move forward with full-mouth double arch implants was not one I took lightly. I spent over two years researching procedures, success and failure rates, attending seven different consultations with both large and small practices, and joining multiple social media groups to learn from others who had gone through the process. Everything changed the day I walked into ClearChoice Dental in San Antonio. From the moment I met Kirstin Rutkoski, I knew I was in the right place. She is an absolute gem and exactly the kind of person you want guiding you through such an important decision. Kirstin greeted me with warmth and professionalism and immediately put me at ease. It was clear she genuinely loves what she does. She patiently answered every question I had and, most importantly, made me feel truly cared for as a person—not just a patient. I then met with Dr. McLornan, who reviewed my scans, listened to my story, and worked alongside Kirstin to create a plan that felt perfectly tailored to me. He is one of the kindest and most compassionate doctors I have ever encountered. From that moment, I knew I was in exceptional hands. I had my surgery this week, and everything went exactly as I had been prepared for. The surgical team was incredible—kind, attentive, and focused on making sure I was comfortable and pain-free every step of the way. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this group of professionals who made me feel safe, supported, and confident throughout the entire process. Thank you to everyone involved for making what could have been an overwhelming experience feel so reassuring and positive. I am beyond grateful.

I love this office. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The doctors are very thorough and explained everything they were doing and intended to do to make sure I was OK with everything. My cavity filling today was very quick and painless and I will be coming back to get more work done with them. Friendly people. Great flexible hours. Super affordable. Highly recommend.

Very professional team working together, what an awesome group. The work they all did together was the best oral surgery I've ever experienced. No pain at all during or after. Personally calling in and checking on my progress has made me feel like an appreciated customer, not a number. Thank you all for giving me my smile back

I had an amazing experience here! Everyone was so nice and made me feel super comfortable! I would highly recommend 😊 My temporary teeth look great I can’t wait to see my permanent set 😁 I’d also like to add that my temporary teeth cracked and I got a same day appointment & got them all fixed up! I’m always super impressed by how friendly and welcoming the whole staff is every time I visit! I would highly recommend them! San Antonio location is amazing

I had an outstanding experience at ClearChoice. From the moment I walked in, Esmeralda and Jackie at the front desk made me feel genuinely welcomed. They were warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. Anita, the technician, was just as wonderful—kind, patient, and thorough. She explained everything clearly and made the entire appointment comfortable from start to finish. Dr. Paul was exceptional as well. His professionalism, care, and attention to detail went far beyond what I normally expect at a dental visit. It’s rare to find a team that works so seamlessly together and treats patients with this level of kindness and respect. I’m truly grateful for the entire staff. They exceeded every expectation, and I highly recommend ClearChoice to anyone looking for top‑tier care.
