Dr. Mike is amazing & outstanding board certified Implant Specialist! He gets the job done the right way! He has a lot of experience of placing and restoring implants, and has taught many dental professionals on various topics and clinical skills in area of dental implantology.
From my perspective - Dr. Mike does a great job explaining the process of getting dental implants and clear expectations, educates his patients well enough to understand the key things to know how to take care of your dental implants properly. Most importantly, Mike did a wonderful job restoring my smile, ultimately having a better smile boosts my self confidence and quality of life. I could not ask for a better dentist! If I ever need another dental implant or know someone who needs dental implants, I would certainly refer them to Dr. Mike!
Highly recommend any dentists and/or dental implant specialists to consider taking sessions at the Cleveland Implant Institute to learn how to place dental implants properly to get better outcomes, and make a difference in lives of patients and their smiles 😁

I have been going to Cleveland Implant Institute and Fioritto Family Dental for many years! I have had dental procedures there, they went smoothly, I had no pain and afterwards. I was given easy post op instructions!
After getting dental implants, It has been an incredible journey to get my 🥰SMILE and ✨Self-Confidence ✨back 🤗 All I can say wonderful, caring dentists Dr. Michael Fioritto, DDS and others, and staff members at Fioritto Family Dental and Cleveland Implant Institute treat me like a family with utmost respect and professionalism.
👉Beautiful main lobby inside, very welcoming. Coffee station. Office is well kept, Very clean and well-maintained. Would not go anywhere else for dental needs.

I highly recommend Dr. Michael Fioritto! I was taken care of quickly, and my broken tooth was able to be extracted and a new implant put in the same day. And now I’m back to smiling pain free again. Thank you!

Very detailed and organized implant curriculum. Definitely worth the drive from Cincinnati and I hope to return to Mentor for more.

Dr. Mike Fiorito has successfully given me some teeth implants in the back of my mouth. I find that he's very gentle yet persistent in doing a job well done. Dr. Mike and his assistants are very kind and provide a pleasant atmosphere. He doesn't seem to accept mediocrity in his work, but instead possesses an ultimate goal of satisfaction of his work as well as a satisfied patient. I'm very satisfied with the implants that Dr. Mike Fiorito has given me, and my recommendations for him are extremely high.

About Cleveland Implant Institute
Cleveland Implant Institute is a dental implant practice with offices in Concord and Mentor, Ohio. The Concord office is located at 8245 Auburn Road and is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. The practice focuses on dental implants for patients missing one, several, or all of their teeth, including single implants, implant retained dentures, and full arch and full mouth dental implants. For patients with significant bone loss in the upper jaw, the practice also offers zygomatic implants, which anchor into the cheekbone, and pterygoid implants, which anchor into dense bone at the back of the upper jaw, as alternatives to extensive bone grafting. Additional services include bone grafting, sinus lifts, ridge augmentation, tooth extractions, and treatment for failing dental implants.
New patients can begin with a complimentary consultation that includes a review of smile goals and medical history, a comprehensive oral exam with 3D imaging, a customized treatment plan with timeline, and a transparent cost breakdown with financing options. The office offers intravenous sedation to help patients feel relaxed during treatment, and the practice states that it provides a full implant warranty. The team also helps patients apply for dental financing and files insurance claims on their behalf. In addition to patient care, Cleveland Implant Institute serves as a training institute where dentists and their teams learn to place and restore implants.
Meet the Doctors
Dr. Michael Fioritto, DDS, is the founder of Cleveland Implant Institute and the practice's board certified implant specialist. He earned a Bachelor of Science in chemistry from Georgetown University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Case Western Reserve University, where he received the International College of Dentists Award. He completed an externship at the Midwest Implant Institute and a one year comprehensive implant dentistry program through the Medical College of Georgia's MAXI course. Dr. Fioritto is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry and an Honored Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and he has served as Chair of that academy's Admissions and Credentials Board. He is certified by the Ohio State Dental Board to provide intravenous conscious sedation in the dental office and is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
