Great experience! My dental hygienist, Kari was amazing and explained everything she was doing so clearly! Learned a lot and everyone was extremely professional. The staff seems to enjoy working together, and the dentist himself was very nice and seemed genuinely invested in my experience. Not to mention, the office was gorgeous, clean, and inviting! Very well kept! Highly recommend.

Edit: let me just clarifiy the hygenist said "lets schedule you for a deeper cleaning *just in case* we need more time" there was never an official diagnosis or anything. She gave zero reasoning for why she recommended that treatment. If she had i would have understood. And my appointment that day didnt even go over the time. It was honestly a quicker cleaning than the prior one. So like i said after going to my families denstist for a cleaning they said nothing about it being a deeper cleaning or me having any issues. I had a great experience my first few visits. But this last visit the hygenist was condescending about my teeth even though i had no cavities, my xrays were good and it was honestly not a long cleaning at all. She insisted i schedule a deeper cleaning for the next time. 400 dollars for a cleaning i dont need so i canceled. Yes i got another opinion. Ive never had inflammed gums. I also brush, floss, water floss and mouthwash regularly. It left me so confused lol. I will probably not be returning as im self pay and cant afford unnecessary treatments. Disappointing as I came here after a different bad experience with a dentist :/

Hadn’t been to the dentist in a lot longer than what’s recommended and I needed a full extraction. These folks really made me feel so much more comfortable and it was a quick and easy procedure. Danielle was wonderful and convinced me to make this my primary dental care, and I already have another appointment in the books. 10/10! So glad I went.

Let me start off with admitting I am extremely hard to please. I have high standards for people who provide services in the medical and self-care fields. I feel if you had to train and pass a test to become something, you should be proficient and competent. After giving three “top rated” dental offices in the Akron area a try, I was reluctant to try Cleveland Smile Center because they seemed too large a company to actually provide individualized, customer-centered care to the masses. I’m happy to say I was wrong. This office was OUTSTANDING. Valerie and Joey at the front desk greeted me by smiling, looking at me, and saying “Hello!” A big difference from the typical, dead-faced greetings I get at almost every other business/store/agency. I was then treated by Jordan, a skilled, personable, and incredibly thorough hygienist. Jordan talked me through what she was doing, engaged in genuine conversation above and beyond the “what do you do?” cliche conversations typical care professionals offer. If I could give Jordan 100 stars I would. I was impressed with her skill set, professionalism, and communication skills. Next, Dr. Nate came in to review my teeth and conclude my visit. He too was down-to-earth and personable, not an arrogant puffed-up provider who talks over you. Dr. Nate was efficient, easy-going, and provided customer-focused care. He informed me about some additional services and how they might improve my dental/oral health, but was in no way pushy or aggressive—just informative. I did end up getting a bite plate as well because Dr. Nate explained how this item would protect my teeth and why this item would be beneficial to my oral health. Also, the staff here call you by your name; they don’t refer to patients as their treatments/issues. I’ve been to dental practices that have said, “Your 11AM cleaning is in room 4.” I have a name and I expect my providers and care teams to use it. Cleveland Smile Center definitely has a patient for life now! If you’re like me and are frustrated with providers treating you like a burdensome number, I’d recommend Cleveland Smile Center. NOTE: You may be scheduled out pretty far, but they will contact you when earlier appointments become available. My original appointment was scheduled for June, but they were able to get me rescheduled for January.

Dr. Nate & Jody were awesome! However, all of the staff members were so friendly and patient. I was nervous about my visit since it was my first visit with a dentist outside of the Military & the biggest thing was dealing with insurance. The staff were all kind enough to answer my questions about coverage so that I wasn’t panicking about payment throughout. I’m so excited to be a patient here! (:
