I was treated by Dr. Tewary. You know when in her care that she is a true professional. She explains the procedure she is performing every step of the way. She ensures that you are comfortable, relaxed and aware of what is going on. In addition, Dr. Tewary possesses a soft, soothing voice and her mannerism is gentle in nature. I had a two part procedure which went seamlessly. The desk staff are great. I called every day to get an earlier appointment as I had an infection. To say they were patient and understanding is an understatement. They never let me feel like I was a bother and encouraged me to keep checking in with them. The whole atmosphere is upbeat and positive. I highly recommend Clifton Endodontics.

I had a great experience having a root canal done by Dr. Tewary and Clifton Endodontics! Very kind staff members, clean space, and made me feel very safe in the chair. Dr. Tewary handled any nerves I had talking me through each and every step. Highly recommend!

I simply cannot say enough positive things about this practice. I was at my office in NJ, I live out of state and my tooth was hurting. I went to a dentist in my complex and was told I needed a root canal. What made this particularly tricky is I have surgery scheduled in a couple of weeks and needed it done ASAP so the infection would clear before surgery. Dr Elfenbein agreed to take me as an emergency that afternoon. He went above and beyond a level of care I am use to. He did a lot of work, I didn’t feel a thing not even the needle for the novacaine. He cleaned it up and even offered to call my surgeon to explain what he did and that he could easily finish it after my surgery date. As luck would have it he got a cancellation on Wednesday the same week and squeezed me in to finish the job. But wait, there’s more!!! He also had one of his associates restore the tooth while I was there so I didn’t have to deal with temporary fillings. And just a side note, he did indeed call my surgeons office and the PA commented to me that he is one of the nicest individuals she has ever spoken to. Even tho I live out of state I will for sure come to NJ just to be treated by this practice.

I had to have an apicoectomy. I was referred to Dr. Tewary by my dentist. She was great. They are out if network with my plan but Melanie was very helpful and submitted everything to my carrier. Dr. Tewary was very kind. She explained everything to me and gave me clear instructions on what to do before and after. My procedure was scheduled for Tuesday 9am. She was on time and as the procedure went on for almost 2 hours she checked in and made sure I was comfortable. She called me on Wednesday evening to check in and gave me additional instructions which was super kind of her. At my follow up to remove my stitches it was fast and easy. Although I never want to go come here again the experience was great and I would recommend them.

I have been a patient for years being treated by Dr.Elfenbein . I woke up on a Friday morning with a terrible toothache and called to schedule an appointment. The office was able to accommodate me being seen by a different dentist which I gladly accepted . Dr Elfenbein greeted me and told me I was in wonderful hands being treated by his colleague Dr. Tewary. He was right ! She was wonderful. She was kind and gentle explaining every step of the way . I left the office pain free and even received a follow up call from Dr Tewary personally checking on how I was feeling . I highly recommend this office for your endodontic needs . Thank you for your professionalism it was greatly appreciated.
