My husband had a tooth pulled by Dr Adams last week at the Murrells Inlet office. Dr Adams and the staff were so caring and professional. My husband has a slew of medical issues and Dr Adams was careful to address all of them before performing the procedure. He was given oxygen and hooked up to monitors, which made both of us feel good. And something rare these days, Dr Adams called the very next day to check on him. That call was SO appreciated. I would highly recommend this office for any oral surgery needs.

I had my wisdom teeth removed here in March this year and all went well. Dr. Aycock is prompt and straight to the point and did great. Recently, I was back in for a revision procedure as a small pocket was left where one of my wisdom teeth once were. I have never been given a numbing shot or had any dental work done while being awake besides a cleaning at the dentist. Despite my mouth being so small, Dr. Aycock did great and I healed wonderfully just in time to eat thanksgiving dinner! I would like to shine some light on my nurse who was assisting Dr. Aycock during this procedure, BECKY! Becky was amazing. I was so nervous not having any kind of work like this before and she was so wonderful from when she first saw me. She immediately complimented me and my outfit and made me feel confident. Throughout the entire procedure she was there, talking me through it and making me feel comfortable during something not so comfortable. Becky has the best bedside manners I have ever seen. Seriously, give this girl a raise! (or free lunch;) )

I guess most people are tentative about oral surgery, especially implants. It was my first time. But, I was amazed by the professionalism and caring that I experienced at Coastal Carolina Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. I just had a second procedure and was just as pleased. Dr Maxwell and his team work like a well oiled machine. I was home that evening and received a phone call from him personally checking on me. Thanx for the obvious care you and all your wonderful people provide.

I had my wisdom teeth removed on February 5th at the Murrells Inlet location. I didn't know what to expect but was completely happy with the experience. From the initial consultation to my actual surgery day the receptionist, assistants and surgeon were kind and efficient. The surgeon, Dr. Cofer, did a good job as I had very minimal pain. He was kind enough to call the next day to followup! Overall a great experience.

I've had extractions and implants by Dr. Cofer. He and his staff have always made sure you are comfortable and understand the procedures. I thank them for their professionalism and caring. I highly recommend him as the best in the area.
