Absolutely amazing! I ended up choosing this office because I saw several reviews stating that the staff really helped calm their nerves and as someone myself who was anxious I figured I'd try them out. I have never experienced such a kind, caring and personable staff like I did at this office. Karen was so kind greeting me at check in and Hannah was so sweet and personable and eased all the nerves I had. Last but not least Dr. Arne was so great, he answered all my questions/concerns and the whole process was a breeze. I truly appreciate this office and staff. Thanks so much for being here and doing what you do馃 and most importantly thanks for being so kind and caring.

Absolutely do not recommend. They say they'll file with your insurance and then call you the day before your appointment and cancel, stating they don't work with said insurance. "If they knew about it, they wouldn't have scheduled the appointment." Interesting because we had this exact discussion before the appointment was made and paperwork was filled out.

Everyone was professional and knowledgeable. The staff appeared to love there jobs and were accommodating and friendly. I left feeling very comfortable with the advise I was given in addition to understanding what to expect during and after my upcoming procedure. I would highly recommend Dr Arne and his team!

Dr. Arne and his staff were very welcoming and exceptionally helpful with making sure that our daughter was taken care of and comfortable during her visit. He made sure her specific questions were answered and also made sure my concerns were addressed. As a dental assistant myself, I was very pleased with our visit and we will be back for any oral surgery needs.

Kind, considerate and patient. Really took time to understand my situation and worked with me to find a solution. Every person involved in my care, from the receptionist to the technician, was wonderful. Dr. Arne is compassionate and knowledgeable and I feel confident about the course of treatment he has prescribed for me.

He moved to Wilmington and established his practice in 2002.
