Best experience ever. Normally, when I see a 5-star review, I’m skeptical, but not in this case. From the moment I stepped into the office and was greeted by their wonderful PA/nurse, through my time with the doctor, everything was first class. My procedure was completely painless, bloodless, and I had no swelling during recovery. I truly cannot say enough about this stellar office. They should give a seminar on how to run a doctor’s facility. Thank you, Carolina Oral, for making my wisdom teeth removal journey as pleasant as possible.

I was so pleased to be referred to this practice by my dentist. Dr. Aycock and his staff were so attentive and empathetic. I had two extractions last week that went seamlessly.
I will happily recomend Dr. Aycock to anyone that has oral surgery needs. In addition, the office staff was pleasant and thorough. My whole experience was an extremely positive one.

Dr Michael Johnson is absolutely amazing. My wife Robyn has the worst anxiety when it comes to anything dental. From the consultation and up to todays surgical procedure was outstanding. My wife chose IV anesthesia. The assistants were wonderful. We will be using them for her teath implants.

I had a procedure today. Dr Aycock was awesome. Explained procedure as he went along. Becky and Liz were absolutely fantastic. Made me feel so comfortable and at ease. They are definitely an asset. I would highly recommend Coastal Carolina Oral & Maxillofacial to anyone that needs oral surgery. Happy camper here

Coastal Carolina Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is an oral surgery practice that has served the Grand Strand since 1978. Its Conway office at 701 North Main Street is one of three locations, alongside the main office in Myrtle Beach and an office in Murrells Inlet. The practice offers a full range of dental implant solutions, from single tooth replacement to full mouth dental implants, All-on-4 dental implants, implant supported overdentures, and same day implant treatment that allows a fixed full arch restoration to be placed at the time of surgery. Bone grafting for implants is also available, including sinus lift, ridge augmentation, and socket preservation, to help rebuild the jawbone before implants are placed.
Beyond implants, the surgeons provide a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, including wisdom teeth removal, tooth extractions, exposure of impacted teeth, oral pathology, facial trauma care, pre-prosthetic jaw surgery, and facial cosmetic procedures such as Botox and fillers. Procedures can be performed under local anesthesia, nitrous oxide, intravenous sedation, or outpatient general anesthesia, and the practice uses 3D imaging in treatment planning. The Conway office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and offers online scheduling, CareCredit financing, and new patient registration through the practice website.
