We were literally just driving home talking about how top tier Coastal Cosmetic + Implant Dentistry is. I have never been to a dentist’s office that felt this professional and put together from start to finish. Everyone there is so friendly and inviting — the hospitality from the front desk alone is unmatched. The care we receive is always extremely thorough, and after they explain everything, we usually don’t even have questions. On the rare occasions we do, they go above and beyond to make sure we fully understand. From the front desk, to the hygienists, to the dentist — everyone communicates and works together so seamlessly. As a family with two younger children who have been coming here for several years, we truly appreciate how comfortable they make the experience for them. The staff does an amazing job keeping them relaxed and at ease throughout the entire visit. Honestly, this might be the first time in history that going to the dentist doesn’t feel like a daunting task for our family. We appreciate everything — from the gentle appointment reminders to the thoughtful phone calls checking in before visits. The entire team is amazing and so respectful. 5 stars! We would absolutely recommend this office to any friends or families looking for excellent dental care.

I've been a patient of this office for several years now and every visit serves as a reminder of why I love coming back (as someone who used to dread going to the dentist!). You're first greeted by Ashley who is one of the warmest and kindest people on planet Earth. She makes you feel right at home, remembers the details of your previous conversations, and has an exceptional taste in music. My hygienist, Heidi, has an easing and considerate "chairside manner" that soothes even my decades-long dental anxiety. She is thorough but gentle, always lets you know what she's doing and why, and somehow makes cleanings feel relaxing. Lastly, Dr. Sinclair is the kind of dentist everyone hopes to find. He's patient with your questions, thoughtful about your concerns, and overall gives you the sense that he's invested in your oral health. The office itself houses state-of-the-art equipment, and the staff stay current with advancements and research in the field, both of which inspire confidence that you're getting the best treatment in town. Overall, this practice feels a lot more like a home than a dental office, and made me go from apprehensive about appointments, to excited to see them again.

My experience with my dentist has been consistently positive: from the easy appointment scheduling and welcoming front-desk staff to the spotless, comfortable office that immediately eased my nerves. The dentist took time to explain each step of the examination and treatment in clear, reassuring language, answering my questions without rushing and offering options for pain management and preventative care. Big shout out to Madison I love her communication skills and her personality, During procedures I felt well cared for—gentle hands, attention to my comfort!!!! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

This clinic deserves way more recognition than it gets. My expectations weren’t just met they were exceeded. I found a place that’s not only spotless and equipped with the latest tech, but also clearly knows what they’re doing. What really stood out to me was how much they genuinely care. They actually listened, explained everything clearly, and made me feel like a person, not just another appointment on the schedule. Dr. Willinger and Heidi (the hygienist) were both professional and amazing in whay they do. I never felt judged or rushed. They helped me understand everything without the confusing dental talk, and never once pressured me into anything. And just to be clear., I’m not a robot, and I didn’t get paid to write this. I’m just someone who’s had enough mediocre dental experiences to know when a place gets it right. This is how a dental clinic should be run. I genuinely wouldn't go anywhere else. That's how amazing this place is, plain and simple.
