The new building is amazing, and it's so convenient that they're able to have dental, a bigger lab, pharmacy, and behavioral health/psychiatric prescriber services all in one place now. Our primary care doctors have always been so helpful, attentive, and professional, and it feels like the staff really care about the community and meeting people where they're at in life. My family has been able to count on them when we need it most, every time. Waiting forever to get an appointment isn't really a problem, especially with their same days, and when you call, it's easy to get to talk to an actual person. As someone with phone-call anxiety, their call center has been very helpful with giving me access to what I need or who I need to talk to in a timely manner.

So I forgot that my appointment started at 3:30 and when I got there at 3:05 I wait til about 3:10 to get into room then at 3:30ish doc came in. I thought I had been waiting for an hour. I lost track of time literally… doc and I actually didn’t get to talk about memory yet but I did receive a mild concussion last week from clumsily falling flat on my face diagnosed by same doc. Doc said during appt I had lowest blood pressure ever (in a bad way this time). I finally got to say “I AM ON A BETA- BLOCKER NO IT IS NOT FOR ANXIETY IT HAS BEEN FOR MIGRAINES!!!” My insides had gotten really excited. Now I might not feel so dizzzzzzzyyyyy…….. which will help mental health and maybe allow me to go on walks again. I believe this will help the issues I’m experiencing including vomitting. Thnx doc and staff. It’s complicated. Well done. Furthermore, with the mild concussion healing now, The nurse got back to me really quickly about how well I am doing when I contacted the office about the medicine adjustment.

I absolutely love Brenda McNaughton and the staff at this clinic. They are caring and extremely professional. I have not met a medical care provider as detailed and understanding as this. I highly recommend. The new facility has easy access to parking and is clean and beautiful. I was told if I needed assistance getting into the building that a person could come to the parking and assist me. I didn’t need that service but I’ve never had that offered to me. Great experience all the way around.

I visited this location yesterday (January 19th) and I'm absolutely thrilled with the new facility! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The building itself is impressive and incredibly convenient. There's plenty of spacious parking, and they even have charging stations available. As soon as you enter, there's a pharmacy right on the first floor with warm, inviting decor. The elevators are quick and smooth, taking you up to the second floor where the real wow factor begins. The second floor is beautifully designed - spacious, modern, and professional with a clean, sterile appearance that immediately puts you at ease. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and welcoming. The dental office staff were equally friendly and helpful, and the phlebotomist was wonderful - both friendly and professional. The exam rooms are beautifully equipped with modern, clean facilities, and the view of the Columbia River is absolutely stunning! My medical staff were as helpful and attentive as always, taking time to explain everything clearly. A huge bonus: I learned I can now get my prescriptions filled downstairs instead of driving across the river like I used to. This location is so much closer to home and truly has everything I could want in a doctor's office. I can't recommend this facility enough! Update: Dental visit 2/18 I had my first visit here this week and I am so impressed! The location itself is absolutely beautiful — modern, comfortable, and very professional. It immediately puts you at ease. Mary Marshall was wonderful from the moment she called me in. She's warm, friendly, and professional all at once. She was thorough and used her time efficiently without ever making me feel rushed. She asked all the right questions, and it was clear she genuinely cares about her patients' dental health. She made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. Mary did a magnificent job, and I'm already looking forward to coming back to see her in 6 months. Highly recommend this office!

Dr Cooper volunteered to see me. I’m a 93 yo Veteran that has lots of serious health problems. I was treated wonderfully and my case was/is studied with care and follow up questions. Impressive to have a provider that cares enough about me to do lots of research. Very impressed with your clinic. Especially Dr. Cooper.
