I recently had oral surgery for a ridge augmentation with Dr. Anthony M. Pikos at Coastal Jaw Surgery on Tampa road Palm Harbor, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience.
First, I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental procedures, so I was extremely nervous going in. From the moment I arrived, the staff was amazing, compassionate, caring, and reassuring. Dr. Pikos made sure I was comfortable the entire time and explained everything that was happening throughout the procedure, which helped ease my anxiety tremendously.
I truly felt well cared for by both Dr. Pikos and his entire team. I’ve been to a couple of oral surgeons in the past, and this doctor is by far probably the best I’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend Dr. Pikos and Coastal Jaw Surgery to anyone needing oral surgery, especially if you struggle with dental anxiety.

Dr Rosati and her team were very friendly and cheerful, I felt very comfortable in their care. The 4 extractions were done very efficiently and quickly, I have very little discomfort. I particularly liked that she handled any bone problems and did a nice job of stitching. This will make my denture experience so much better. Thank you.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible care I received at your practice. I was originally referred by my general dentist due to oral health issues resulting from many years of heavy smoking. Although I haven’t smoked for over 22 years, it was finally time for a change, and the transformation you have provided has given me a second chance at living pain-free.
I was deeply impressed by your methodical approach to the entire process. It gave me great confidence to know that my physical well-being was always the top priority. I truly felt that if there were even the slightest doubt regarding a procedure that might jeopardize my health, you would not have proceeded. Knowing that my health was more important than any financial consideration meant a lot to me.
Dr. Pikos, your world-renowned reputation is well-deserved, and now I personally understand why you are so highly respected in your field.

Highly recommended! Dr. Hernandez and her team are miracle workers! I had an molar extraction performed today and I'm usually nervous when it comes to surgical procedures. But Dr. Hernandez ensured me that I would be alright and throughout the surgery, I didn't feel a thing when I had my teeth pulled out. I'm slowly recovering but I'm just thankful to her team for making me feel comfortable and for helping me getting over my worrying!!

Been to Coastal Jaw at Palm Harbor twice now for two procedures, and would not go anyplace else. Dr. Nicole Hernandez is amazing, she communicates clearly and has the perfect chair side manner. Probably even more important is the entire staff, they all make you feel welcome and comfortable. It was very nice on the return visit to be remembered by all the staff.
