Dr. Doss is truly one of the best! I have extreme anxiety when it comes to needles and anything involving doctors, and I was so nervous going into my wisdom tooth extraction. From the moment I arrived, Dr. Doss and his entire team made me feel comfortable and never once made me feel embarrassed about my anxiety. They were kind, patient, professional, and reassuring every step of the way. My mom used to work with Dr. Doss years ago, and I’m happy to say he hasn’t changed one bit—he’s still cracking jokes and making patients smile, which really helped calm my nerves before the procedure. His sense of humor, combined with his professionalism and genuine care, made a huge difference in my experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better oral surgeon or team. If you’re nervous about dental procedures like I was, I can’t recommend Dr. Doss enough. Thank you for making what I thought would be a terrifying experience so much easier!

Had an appointment back in early September about getting a bad tooth pulled out. Booked the extraction for October, only to pull into the place and it was a ghost town.Tried to call, got their answering service. Girl on the phone didnt know the office was shut down. Called a couple weeks later, turns out they had my number wrong in the system and the surgeon would be out until the week of Thanksgiving due to family emergency. Re-booked me for December 5th. I called the Tuesday before the 2nd appointment and confirmed everything was still good. The next day I get an email they cancelled my appointment with no date in sight to return in the office, no one covering patients. (Tooth is still rotting and painful) Finally called back on January 19th and got the answering service that hung up on me for asking what was happening and if there is any date the office is reopening. I paid my initial appointment out of pocket, what a waste of $350.

These folks took me in last minute after splitting a tooth over holiday weekend. I called many oral surgeons to find quick availability after seeing my dentist and being told it had to come out. All the offices I called were booking months out. I am somebody who cannot have a tooth extracted while awake. They had an opening the same day, were polite, efficient, and easy to work with. The doc was great! I am going back for a dental implant.

The best experience I have ever had with a medical provider and an office team! My 7 year old had an emergency situation and Dr. Doss agreed to see him, a totally new patient, that same day. When I was nervously late for the appointment, I called and the reception team calmed me and told me not to panic and not to worry about being late. When we arrived, the team was incredibly welcoming. When Dr. Doss came to evaluate my son, it was as if we were the only patients he had to see that day- he put us first and didn't seem rushed at all. He and his whole staff made us feel like our needs were their priority. He and his staff were warm, caring, funny, and made the visit a painless and enjoyable one for my very young son. He was also able to extract the tooth immediately, easily, and with minimal sedation, making everything much easier for us logistically. Honestly, hands down the best practice! I had an appt for my 17 yr old to get his wisdom teeth removed elsewhere and am definitely cancelling this appointment and scheduling with Dr. Doss!

Dr. Doss has taken care of all my oral surgery needs for years now. Hearing he now has his own practice, and I had another need for surgery he was my obvious choice! Dr. Doss is a very skilled surgeon and is very professional but at the same time has a knack for making you feel at ease. He is friendly, caring and witty. The staff are also professional and friendly. Overall, I had a great experience and am so happy with the results. I would highly recommend this practice. Thank you so much! Rebecca D
