Dr. Winston and the two nurses who cared for me during my procedure were absolutely wonderful. It was a very emotional experience for me, and they treated me with so much kindness, patience and compassion. They made a difficult experience much easier and helped me feel cared for every step of the way.
Not only did they take excellent care of me medically, but they also cared for me as a person. I am very grateful for their excellent care and I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional care.

I needed a molar extracted and wasn't sure if I had to be put under like I did with my wisdom teeth years ago. They re-assured me that the local anesthetic would be fine. They were right! The doctor was very friendly and communicated perfectly throughout the procedure as to what I would feel and hear. I didn't feel any pain, only pressure, and the whole process of an extraction and bone graft took about 10 minutes. I was in and out of the office from start to finish in about a half hour. And most importantly, they have a financial assistant to help run through all of the costs and finances after the doctor sees you. Not many doctors offices do this they just assume you can afford it if you have insurance and then you get a bill weeks later for some unknown amount. Coastal was responsible with communicating the fees before rendering service and I applaud that even though I can say that professional dental work in the US is very high compared to other countries.

I had such a great experience with Dr. Harrington and her entire team. From the moment I walked in. The office is spotless and very well maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable.
The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive they truly go out of their way to make sure you’re okay every step of the way. Dr. Harrington herself is absolutely amazing. She was gentle, professional, and clearly very skilled at what she does. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and manageable.
I’m so grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Harrington to anyone in need of an oral surgeon!

I trusted Dr Winston and his staff to make my wisdom tooth extraction as seamless as possible. He is excellent with the needle to numb the area. My tooth was out quickly and his staff thoroughly explained my post-op care. This is my second visit for oral surgery with Dr Winston and I will certainly return if I have any issues in the future. The care is excellent and the office is efficient!

Great customer service! Had a wisdom tooth pulled yesterday and feel great today. Barely sore. That’s excellent work! They made me feel comfortable; answered my questions and calmed my nerves. I’m not gonna recommend going just to get teeth pulled, but if you have to, go here. They even called to check in post op.
