We love the dentists here, but had an extremely frustrating experience due to the text reminder system. I received 3 texts confirming the time for my son’s appointment, and each time I doublechecked that it was in my calendar and figured, since it said “confirming,” that it was like every other appointment system which sends reminders and you only need to reach out if you want to cancel. Admittedly after the first one it appeared to be the same message, and we’re all busy right? So I did not read far enough to realize that only the 3rd and final reminder was different. It had fine print that if you do not respond to confirm, the appointment will automatically be cancelled. We did not get any kind of notice that the appointment was in fact cancelled, which is insanely negligent to me. Or if you don’t get a response why not also send an email or call to make sure it was received? It’s a big hassle to get a toddler out the door in the first place, and our entire day was built around this appointment we scheduled 6 weeks ago. We got all the way there only to be told the appointment was canceled. I have never encountered a reminder system that worked this way, and while I get that ultimately I made a mistake, it’s not good customer service. Since they offered absolutely no sympathy or understanding of how easy it was to get befuddled by this system, and could not reschedule us for over a month from now, we will sadly not be going back here. I am very disappointed that this is how it ended up.

Dr. Day and her fellow staff have been the best dentists and dental techs I've ever met. They're all very good, caring, and attentive. They're always looking for ways to be better; with better equipment, great people, and great appointment reminders. Thank you!

Dr. Day is amazing! Very kind, caring and people centered care! She did excellent work and I hardly have any discomfort 1 day later. Don’t hesitate to make an appointment! They won’t disappoint!

After losing a crown, I was able to schedule an emergency appointment right away. I saw Dr. Joekel for the first time and I had a very pleasant first impression. He was kind, patient, and explained my options very thoroughly. This was just a matter of cementing the crown back on, but his taking the time to visit with me and offer reassurance was much appreciate. The other folks I interacted with in the office were also very pleasant and personable. I felt comfortable and welcome there.

Just had a fantastic visit! Dr.Day and the whole team were so professional, kind, and caring. They really took the time to explain everything and were incredibly gentle. Honestly, couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend them to anyone!
