This team is very dedicated, kind and all MASTERS at their craft! I'm so glad I stumbled upon their page and gave them a try. Such a different experience than I've had elsewhere. Came in expecting more disappointment or another unaffordable option and no solution. Gina and Judi were great and had answers and actual options in less than an hour. Dr. Collins and his team were wonderful and respectful! Treated me like a real person! Were up front and direct! Surgery was scheduled on consult day and in 2 weeks surgery was done! They have been kind...available...and kept me at ease all along the way! I'm so very grateful and thankful for each of these wonderful people! ❤️ Thank y'all from the bottom of my heart. ❤️

Wouldn't recommend, I had high hopes for my urgent needs for once in seven years of suffering which is extremely worse now. I had been talking to someone named Andrea and she had me feeling like I had a chance of getting better despite my chronic anxiety. We had been talking off and on threw text and email from where she started texting and emailing me when I showed interest in something they had posted on facebook. It was easier for me to talk to her that way. I thought about things and then texted her back wanting their help badly cause I had also been in sooo much pain with my mouth and was scared of infection. I waited and suffered badly for two weeks waiting for her to answer so could take the next step with getting care. She wouldn't answer me at all and just ignored me, left me hanging to suffer even more than I normally do cause the teeth and gum pain got extremely worse. I have a gun disease that everyone on my mom's side of the family gets at the age no matter what. I've been suffering with it for seven years cause I had medicaid insurance. Medicaid started working with some dentist in 2021. I searched and searched till I just recently found this place few weeks ago and affordable dentures that takes medicaid to a certain point which is ok cause I also have someone else to help financially. My social worker really recommended this place cause she said they was good and cared about people, she had worked for the dentist as a sitter. Well what a disappointment. Thanks for all that extreme suffering with pain and anxiety worrying about infection which killed my child's father threw years ago so I very scared of it. Anxiety is horrible to deal with and this really set it off for weeks especially on top of the pain and I can't hardly eat especially since it still hurts really bad. I have diabetes and issues with kidney stones and so on and I need to eat for the diabetes. That adds info the anxiety cause diabetes is nothing to play with and dental issues isn't nothing to play with either. No one's life should be played with like that. I have a seven year old daughter who needs me and iam already dealing with other health stuff and so on so I really depended on help from this place that I thought wouldn't play around with me and mislead me and drag things out like it's a game. So...yea Iam very disappointed and won't recommend this place to anyone or anyone I know and talk to that needs dental care. I had to share my experience cause it wasn't fair and who knows what problems this may bring me waiting for care while things are flared. The swelling in the one side of face has went down a but not much. Already lost most of my teeth and few are broken. Again thanks for all this extra extreme suffering while Iam trying to live my life and be a single mother and tend to my disabled mother who lost her leg on top of everything else Iam dealing with. I will keep this person in my prayers and hopefully she gets herself right before she hurts this place of business and brings more suffering to someone else or multiple people if she hasn't already which since this happened to me I know it's already happened to others as well. I keep them all in my prayers as well. Dr. Collins and his whole staff are awesome. The first priority for them is the patients comfort. He had to spend extra time with me as the tooth was not going numb. He gave extra shots and made me feel calm. I would highly recommend this practice. The ladies who assist him are all first class from office workers to asst.in surgery. Thank you

TLDR: website is misleading and doctor is unprofessional Posting on behalf of my girlfriend who does not use Google I made an appointment on short notice to remove an impacted wisdom tooth that was causing me pain. The front office staff were great in helping me schedule and very nice throughout the whole process. Before booking with this office, I made sure to consult their website to ensure that they offered sedation for wisdom tooth extraction. Under the procedure page it said that they did so I felt comfortable booking with the office. On the day of my scheduled surgery, I was taken back to the procedure room and informed that they actually do not sedate patients for surgery. The surgical assistant was very kind and could tell that I was nervous about that, and did her best to make me feel comfortable about the procedure. When I shared that I didn’t think I could go forward given my history of dental-induced panic attacks, she was very sympathetic and said she would get the doctor so I could talk about it with him. I was expecting him to come in and be compassionate about the situation since I was almost in tears at that point, but he was anything but. He burst into the room and immediately began trying to convince me to do the procedure, very much minimizing my anxiety and making me feel very uncomfortable. When I repeatedly said that I did not want to go through with the appointment today because I was not comfortable he talked over me, and tried to force me to try nitrous oxide even though I said it didn’t work for me in the past. He was very forceful throughout the conversation, and did not want to take no for an answer. When I finally convinced him I did not want to do it and would be going somewhere else in the future since I wanted to be put under, he stormed out of the room and didn’t return. I was then walked out by another surgical assistant who was also very kind, but I was left feeling very rattled by the whole situation and am not happy with how I was treated by the doctor. In summary, the office staff and surgical assistants here were very nice and helpful, but the doctor is completely lacking any bedside manner and I would not recommend this office to anyone looking to have their wisdom teeth extracted.

I was so nervous and they made me feel so comfortable. The staff was so professional and so nice. Dr Collins is amazing he made sure that I didn't have any pain at all. I would definitely recommend him to anybody who needed their teeth pulled out. He had a great sense of humor too. He was really good about explaining to me everything that was going to happen before it happened so I was aware. He always asked me if I was feeling if I was any pain which I didn't.. He was very caring.
