I’ve been a patient at Colonial Heights Dental Group since 2023, and Dr. Susan Creech and her entire team have been absolutely outstanding throughout my dental journey.
From routine check-ups and cleanings to necessary dental repairs, and most recently my Invisalign treatment, they have guided me every step of the way with care, expertise, and patience. The results have been incredible—my teeth have never aligned with such precision and look better than I ever imagined they could.
Dr. Creech is highly skilled, personable, and truly cares about her patients. The whole team makes you feel comfortable and confident in the care you’re receiving. I highly recommend Colonial Heights Dental Group.

I’ve trusted Dr. Creech at Colonial Heights Dentistry for over a decade, and her level of care is extraordinary. She is deeply ethical, detail-driven, and genuinely invested in doing what’s best for her patients. She advocates, problem-solves, and stands behind her work with integrity. Her staff is just as compassionate, professional, and attentive...you always feel supported and respected. I’m truly grateful to be in such capable, caring hands.

My visit today at Colonial Heights Dental Group was a great overall visit Started off great at the receptionist desk where I was welcomed exceptionally. I had an emergency situation and was not even a patient yet. They not only accepted me but was able to help me in my situation. The dental assistant was also very friendly and helped greatly with my situation. When I got to talk to the dentist (Susan Creech) she was very professional in her consultation with me to come up with a solution for my problem. I look forward to being a new patient at this dentist and would recommend them to anyone.

Susan B Creech has been an excellent dentist for all of my dental needs . She’s professional, kind, and understanding. She along with her awesome staff have helped me to feel comfortable and at ease with every procedure. They are a wonderful team. I have recommended Dr. Creech to all of my friends and family, she’s amazing and truly cares about her patients. I am blessed to have her as my Dentist!

The folks at Colonial Heights Dentistry are top notch. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They make you feel right at home. Dr. Creech and her team are very professional and knowledgeable of the latest technology and various options for cleaning and treatment as needed. During my visit today, Pam talked me through ways to enhance my oral health with some of the latest toothpastes, ways to prevent plaque and options for oral cancer screenings and other ways to maintain overall good health. I highly recommend Colonial Heights Dentistry!!
