Was very pleased with my first time at this new dental practice. I was treated with kindness and friendliness and was also grateful that they accepted my dental insurance.
Dr. Reilly explained some exercises I can do to improve my bite, which had been worrisome. I feel hopeful because I could feel the difference as he had me try the exercises. Thank you, Dr. Reilly!
Also, thanks to Brenda, Heather, and Trisha for your reassurance in explaining things and for your kindness. It goes a long way for someone with anxiety. ☺️

My family has been getting our dental needs met here for several years. I have always been very satisfied until recently. They made a billing mistake months ago and it has been impossible to get them to correct their mistake and issue my refund.
* editing because they finally are taking care of this issue. The care we receive here is really great. This issue was really disappointing after the years if top notch care and customer service.
**3 weeks later and still have not been refunded.

Great experience. I appreciate that Dr Riley took the time to explain my options and cost to repair a 25 year old filling that had broken. Everyone on the Staff I interacted with was great.
Heather did a great job with the x-rays and getting me ready to see Dr. Riley. Highly recommend this dental practice.

Today's cleaning went well. The Higienist, Rebecca, did a good job and is clearly skilled.
My issue with this office is we have very little confidence in the office staff. They have been confusing my phone number with my spouse's and it has taken several reminders to get it straightened out. We also have serious concerns about billing, which is nearly impossible to reconcile. At this point, I am seriously considering going to another dentist's practice.

The hygienist was thorough and gave me feedback on my dental health throughout the cleaning. The dentist who is new to me, was very personable and spent time listening to my concerns. I was happy I was able to schedule my next appointment while in the office. I wish this new practice all the luck in the world!
