My 17-year-old son had two wisdom teeth come in unexpectedly and was in extreme pain. They got him in within a week, and the entire experience was great. Dr. Atwood and his staff were kind, professional, and very reassuring throughout the process. The office was clean, organized, and they even called to check on him the next morning and again a few days later, which really impressed me.
The only thing I wish they offered was a wrap-around ice pack for aftercare since it was difficult keeping ice packs in place once he got home. I’d definitely recommend picking one up beforehand.
Overall, we had a very positive experience, pricing was more reasonable than expected, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing wisdom teeth removal.

This place was very friendly and worked at getting my sons wisdom teeth am done and one of my molars taken care of same time. Front staff was phenomenal especially Charlene. Dr. Attwood and his assistants did a great job as well. I hate dentist and didn’t mind this place at all. Very friendly!!! 5 stars for sure!

BEWARE- they told us prior to my wife's extraction of one tooth that they took our insurance and had us pay what wasn't covered prior to service. What they did NOT tell us is that they were our of network with our insurance and that anesthesia wasn't covered! Then they sent us to collections ALTHOUGH I was making payments! When I called my insurance company, they explained that Columbia Oral and Maxillofacial cost us $100s of extra dollars by failing to tell us they were out of network! My advice is to make sure they are in network and give you accurate information about out of pocket costs. I feel like they misled us to get us to go there. The service was fine, but I could have saved 100s if they had been upfront with me and if I had done my homework!

Had a tooth extracted. I've had several teeth extracted in addition to my wisdom teeth, and this was absolutely the easiest. My post-insurance costs were affordable. I had little post-surgery bleeding, and really didn't need the prescribed pain meds. Everyone was friendly, professional, and efficient. I have high anxiety about dentistry in general, and this experience went a long way toward helping me manage that.

Well my wisdom teeth removal went ok I am frankly appalled by the lack of information the team provided me with. Because of this lack of information they put me at risk of dry sockets and further pain that requires a simple piece of paperwork to be avoided. They didn’t tell me when I was going under, they just gave me an IV and I was talking to them then out. Which as anyone, but especially a young woman, is confusing and scary. Following my procedure I was given very little information and absolutely no information regarding dry sockets, the only thing you really need to fear following a wisdom teeth removal. I didn’t know anything about dry sockets until I did my own googling. To me, this feels like an attempt to get me to come back for further treatment and a lack of care for patients comfort. Dry socket’s are extremely painful and aftercare is extremely important. I uploaded a picture of the information they gave me. Bullet points. Nothing about clotting, dry sockets, or even to avoid straws. Following oral surgery aftercare is essential to keep from more issues (hence why I feel this is a money grab) especially following anesthesia where you are altered paperwork regarding aftercare is essential, and frankly simple and easy to provide. I could print something out in 5 minutes that could prevent weeks of pain. Do better.
