Amazing clinic! The doctor has many years of experience and you can really tell — he does everything quickly, professionally, and with great care. It’s hard to find someone so knowledgeable and kind at the same time. The clinic offers service in both Ukrainian and Russian, which is super convenient. The staff are always friendly and happy to help new patients. Highly recommend this place, you’ll be in very good hands!

I had a great experience with Dr. Garibov as he helped to even out the gumline of my upper front teeth. He is very kind, gentle, and highly skilled. The office staff also helped put me at ease during my appointments. I highly recommend!

I visited this dental office for a consultation on one tooth. Before the visit, I was told that my insurance would cover the service. At the appointment I paid the portion they asked me to pay, and they assured me the insurance would cover the rest. A month later, the office called me saying the insurance denied the claim. I contacted my insurance company myself, and they explained that the claim could be covered if the dental office submitted it with the correct procedure code. This means the office did not properly verify coverage or codes with my insurance before my visit. Instead, they just told me it would be covered. In my opinion, the front desk should have checked all procedure codes and confirmed which ones were actually covered, not just whether my insurance worked with their office. Because of this experience, I was left with an unexpected bill and the burden of following up myself. I would not recommend Columbia River , as they seem unwilling to do the additional work to correct the billing and ensure patients’ insurance coverage.

I had a gum graft done here and the entire experience was truly amazing. I was nervous going in, but the staff made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. The periodontist was incredibly kind and took the time to thoroughly explain everything, which helped ease all of my worries. To my surprise, the procedure itself involved little to no pain — even during recovery. I felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire process, and the results have been fantastic. I can’t thank the team enough for such a smooth, reassuring, and professional experience. Highly recommend!

We all know what going to a dental office can feel like, but this place is different. Making the first appointment was easy, quick, and all questions were answered. The staff was great with taking care of the insurance part, front desk was pleasant, hygienist Kristin puts you at ease with her kind demeanor and Dr.Garibov was fantastic. Knowledgeable and makes you feel you’re in good hands. I am having a bit more work done and I am not stressing having to return. I highly recommend this office for your implant/periodontal needs.
