I needed an appt for 2 weeks post- surgery from tooth removal. My dentist could not follow my treatment plan that they set up for me. I called Comfort Dental and explained my situation and got an appointment with them within the 2 week follow-up. I was very impressed with the all of the staff. They are very respectful and courteous to every patient and they explain the proceeds and how it all works. If I had of stayed the treatment plan with my regular dentist, I would never have gotten my partials for 10 WEEKS OR MORE. I went to my 1st appt with Comfort Dental and walked out with a new treatment plan and answers to all my questions AND will have my partials in 2 WEEKS. I am so happy with that i will be changing to them for all my dental care moving forward. No more referrals to this specialist or that specialist or wasting time on a treatment plan just to be disappointed. Comfort Dental gave me answers and a quick turn around on my treatment plan and I'M NOT WAITING FOR 10 WEEKS or MORE!!! I highly recommend them.

I came in as a first time patient with the understanding of getting X-rays and a complete exam done. I arrived 15 minutes early. The front desk receptionist wasn't very welcoming. After 30 minutes of waiting, I was finally called back. The assistant and doctor were nice and afterwards I was asked to sit in a chair in the hallway. I sat there for about 20 minutes. I finally asked front desk what I was waiting for and she made the excuse that she on the phone. I heard her conversation and no way was she on the phone 20 minutes. I literally was there for an hour and half, most of it was waiting. Yeah, my time is important to me and that was a waste of my time. They also couldn't get me an appointment for my cleaning until August... Yeah, 7 months! Front office waiting room was nicely decorated.

I’ve only been here once so far but would recommend it based on my initial visit. The office is nicely decorated and feels calming/relaxing. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were able to get me in pretty quickly for my initial visit (X-rays and exam) and, once I was there, fit me in for a cleaning due to a cancellation. I’m self-pay and thought the price was really reasonable (just over $200 for everything).

These guys are awesome. I have taken 4 of my own kids there now for braces and over the past 5 yrs absolutely awesome friendly very professional job well done!!! And they convinced my kids to brush brush brush!! The kids didn't want to disappoint them!!

Comfort Dental is an amazing organization. Someone returned a call I made looking for an emergency provider. I was in the office that afternoon. Since then they have created a workable fairly priced care plan for me. We are almost done - we started in November. Billing/admin staff, dental assistants and doctors are all top tier. The Billing staff helped me when I messed up my FSA and almost lost $1000. Wasn't their fault but they jumped in to help me.
