I experience excellent & professional service with whole staff from the walk in and to the end. Doctor Flores was very knowledgeable and informative about my dental needs. Front Desk Mariah assisted with a smile greeting and filling out my insurance provider information. Assistant teeth cleaning Kenny did great work cleaning and with x-rays procedures. Finally, the Billing & Checkout Karlene was courteous and transparent about the services provided by Comfort Dental. Awesome team work performance for their individual responsibilities and duties as a company. I highly recommend this business for anyone needing dental care.

I don't like dentists, plain and simple. But this place was pleasant from the moment I made the appointment. The online booking platform was amazingly easy and being able to get forms texted to me to fill out - super simple, love it. When I came in, the young lady at the front desk was super lovely and she was so nice, she took me back and got some vitals. I'm sensitive about my teeth, but Dr. Flores didn't make me feel ashamed for anything. That day was the first day he met me, but he knew that I was making strides to try and do good things for my mouth - flossing daily and using a prescribed fluoride toothpaste. The dental assistant was personable and made me feel comfortable knowing that I was having some anxiety about being at the dentist. The whole experience was great and I left feeling like I didn't mind having to come back, not dreading it. I'd 100% recommend coming here.

I can hardly put in to words how grateful I am for the staff at Comfort Dental in New Braunfels, I have had severe dental anxiety my whole life and recently had an emergency situation that brought me to Comfort Dental, and the experience I had, has made a life long patient out of me! Everyone, from the person who answered the phone, to the receptionist, the care coordinator, the assistants, all the way up to the dentists themselves were so sweet, welcoming and understanding. The services they quoted were very reasonably priced also. They have earned my families trust (my husband is a patient there also and has had equally wonderful experiences) and they have my utmost gratitude! Thank you Comfort Dental staff!

I’m usually so afraid of going of going to the dentist. However, everyone from the front staff to the dentist was kind and Informative. I have all of my wisdom teeth and there was no rush to remove them as they are not causing any damage to my teeth. All procedures were explained and I was always told we were free to stop if I had any discomfort. I recommend this place wholeheartedly!
