I had to take all four of my wisdom teeth out. Dr. Capua and the team explained everything throughly and calmly, reassuring me and my parents before they injected anesthesia. The service was excellent, the doctor and the team were exceptional, and my first ever surgery went smoothly. If I could, I would definitely rate more than five stars. I highly recommend!!!

Good afternoon Dr. Capua and His assistant Diamond were amazing. They made the process for extracting amazing, knowledgeable and of course the most questionable painless. Diamond made sure to give me exactly the information for me to have a successful procedure and healing process. If I were to refer anyone to an Oral Surgeon I would refer them to come here. Thank you Diamond I hope to see you become a doctor one day you really are amazing and made the process comfortable and Dr. Capua keep up the amazing work and the amazing team you have around you.

Had the most amazing experience! Dr was amazing! My daughter took maybe an hour for them to prep her. & like 10 min to pull her wisdom teeth out! The pain/swelling was so minimal! I was honestly shocked. The provider was hands down amazing!!!

I am providing feedback based on a recent experience with your facility, with the intention of highlighting opportunities for improvement in patient-centered care and communication. While I would like to acknowledge that the staff demonstrated kindness and professionalism in their interactions, I found that the overall patient care experience—particularly from a parent’s perspective—did not meet expected standards. As a healthcare professional and a mother of a child undergoing her first medical procedure, I was especially attentive to the quality of communication and post-operative support provided. I was not informed in advance that the oral surgeon would not be available to speak with me following the procedure. Additionally, I was unaware that my daughter would be discharged through a side exit without a direct post-operative consultation or update regarding the outcome of her surgery. This lack of communication created unnecessary distress and left me without critical information needed to appropriately support my child during recovery. From a clinical and patient experience standpoint, it is essential that parents or guardians are included in post-procedure discussions, particularly when the patient is a minor and undergoing their first surgical experience. Standard expectations of care should include a clear handoff, an opportunity to ask questions, and reassurance regarding the procedure’s outcome. Furthermore, I believe it would be more appropriate for parents to be present as their child regains consciousness, as this is a vulnerable and often disorienting time for pediatric patients. Family presence is a key component of patient-centered care and contributes significantly to emotional safety and recovery. I respectfully urge your team to reevaluate current discharge and communication protocols to ensure they align with best practices in patient and family-centered care. Clear, compassionate, and thorough communication should not be optional—it is a fundamental component of quality healthcare delivery. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Got all 4 wisdom teeth out this past winter and the procedure went smoothly! The surgeon and staff answered all my questions and were kind. I have had no issues from the procedure and they made sure I had all the information and resources I needed to take proper care of myself.
