The whole staff was so friendly and accommodating, and Dr Clayton is the best dentist both my wife and I have ever experienced. Great personality and great at explaining the procedures we needed to have done. I highly recommend him to anyone i know, Great experience 馃憤

Comfort Dental - Rio Rancho gives me one of the best experiences with deep cleaning. The staff are very patient, courteous and very professional. Dr Gee, is such a great Dentist, she's very cool and makes you feel relaxed with her singing. She is very knowledgeable in her field with awesome gentle hands. Dr Gee gave me one of the best experiences. I highly recommend all of their services and Dr Gee and her staff for being so wonderful...

Today was my 4th visit to Comfort Dental and I can say everyone from the receptionist that greeted me to everyone in the back were genuinely friendly and caring. Dr. Clayton and Dr. Gee were very patient with me. These visits are very stressful and hard for me. Not once did I feel they were judging me. I'm having more appointments and they all have eased my stress level. I highly recomend this office!

The wait time was ridiculous !!!! My appointment was at 9am and I wasn鈥檛 brought back to chair until 10:45. 2 1/2 hours to have cleaning and extraction is bad time management. Plus my teeth do t even feel clean. I would never recommend and will not be going back. Worst experience ever. People are nice but I dont have time to wait that long because they have 1 doctor doing everything. The girl came and flossed my teeth and polished them before they were even cleaned, makes no sense to me. I will be looking for a better place. Don鈥檛 waste your time 馃槨 Wish I did t have to give a star

Front desk( White woman blue eyes, didn't get her name) and billing assistant Alyssa were incredibly rude when I brought my wife in for her appointment. Zero customer service and zero manners from either; "Alyssa" even had the audacity to tell me to stop being difficult when I was trying to get them to correctly identify my insurance as she clearly didn't know what she was doing. When copay was due "Alyssa" even made me step inside her working space to do the payment myself, talk about not only rude but lazy! Really awful experience while bringing me wife in to get some work done. Occurred on 2-13-26
