Why do you all LIE so much? Dr Singh specifically? You tell me you an to do certain work, then I find our through my insurance carrier that you never even applied for it. Then the same insurance carrier called TO PAY FOR THE WORK; no one there answered, or phoned back. What kind of dentist office is this? *One more thing: TRAIN YOUR PHONE STAFF! BEING RUDE ON THE PHONE, WITH ZERO MANNERS, IS NOT PROFESSIONAL! James Wright

This was the only place that takes my insurance. So im forced to come here or id have to drive to Chicago. I had to come in for tooth pain in the last 8 months. I come and sit outside in the cold at 4:30am. They only take 2 ppl. Sometimes none. Its a toss up. So depends. Took forever to schedule appointments and had to drive to Iowa city for a free dental care at 4am because I was so desperate. Got a root canal done. A week later I came into the dentist and let them know I got the root canal. They said i needed a crown. Great. How ever they never sent in the referral for the crown. Called 2 months later for the status and left messeges through the app and never heard back. Went in for tooth pain and I told them I need a crown for my root canal. They said "oh sorry we dont know why it wasnt sent in. But hopefully we will get this in soon before your tooth cracks." They still thought i needed a root canal after telling them multiple times I already had the root canal. I needed a CROWN. Another 6 weeks went by, I went in for tooth pain. Turns out they STILL DIDNT SENT IN THE REFERRAL FOR MY CROWN. And because of months of going back and forth of a piece of paper and lack of communication my root canal tooth cracked and now I need it EXTRACRED. This was never suppose to happen. I called my insurance company every 4 weeks to ask what is my dentist doing!? They said they didnt receive anything. When I went in for the root canal pain, they said "sorry unfortunately you fell through the cracks. We aren't sure why your referral wasnt never sent out. Than they came back and said they did finally got approval for it. ITS TO LATE NOW. IM GETTING MY TOOTH EXTRACTED BECAUSE I "FELL THROUGH THE CRACKS". All this time I was waiting and calling and emailing. Now because of t CHC DAVENPORT DENTAL i am going to lose a tooth. You as a company owe me a implant. THATS THE LEAST YOU CAN DO! Been coming in at 4 in the morning in the freezing temps, always tried schedule appointments months in advanced but can never get me in. Shame on this dental clinic. So if you are forced here and have tooth pain, make sure you get here at 4am. If you need referrals make sure you call them WEEKLY cuz who knows what happens when you need dental care. Im so upset and im never gonna smile until I get a implant. Which they SHOULD REACH OUT TO ME BEFORE I SUE. All negligence was due to them. "Falling into the cracks" isnt a good enough excuse for me. My tooth is gone. My confidence is shattered. From now on im making the drive to Chicago for basic health care needs. I got receipts (screen shots) of me sending them messages, phones calls, and never hearing back. UPDATE: IT IS APRIL 28TH AND I AM GETTING THE RUN AROUND. IVE BEEN CALLING AND LEAVING VOICEMAILS. This is why I lost my tooth. No communication. No urgency. Just talking to the "managers". LAST WEDNESDAY THAT SAID THEY WILL HAVE A DISTRICT MANAGER CONTACT ME. I have yet to get a call back. The "higher higher higher ups" are just saying "oh we gotta to talk to so and so" and so and so said we gotta talk to another so and so. I lost my tooth because of you guys. After looking into my file I was on the phone with the "manager" and I said "so you see that's theres a ton of mishaps that happened to me?" She paused for 7 seconds and admitted YES something did went on and nothing was done. NOW IM NOT GETTING ANY RETURN CALLS. Its your fault I lost my tooth and this is how I get treated????? You act like Im the one that took 5 months to send a referral in. And since you know its your fault, there is no apology no solution. For a density that lost my tooth you think they be more on top of things.

This place is a complete joke. The staff are some of the rudest most incompetent people in the industry. Will never recommend them to anyone. And preventing parents access to minor access to the records because they spoke up should be illegal. Hopefully this clinic isn’t open much longer.

The facility is clean and organized, staff are friendly. Their uniforms and personal appearance need a little improvement as far as clothes being cleaned and pressed. Hair should be combed and well groomed.

Had to make an appointment a year out because of the wait. A week before the appointment it was cancelled by the doctor with another appointment a year out. No other resolution. The customer service was horrendous. I asked to speak to someone higher up and got put on hold for over 30 minutes then hung up on. Very sad. Do NOT recommend
