Professional and caring staff. I had a biopsy. I didn't know what to expect so I'm thankful to be referred to this clinic. They made me feel comfortable and the doctor knew exactly what he was dealing with, which gave me more confidence.

My son had his wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Livingston. The front desk staff was kind, courteous and super helpful. They had a way about them that put my son at ease the minute we walked through the doors. Dr. Livingston was great as well. He explained everything in detail and addressed all of our questions and concerns before surgery. The actual surgery went very smoothly. Was very quick as well. The sweet lady that wheeled our son out was wonderful as well. Very kind and thorough on aftercare instructions. We could not have asked for a better experience in patient care.

The staff at Community Oral Facial Surgey are very organized, professional and knowledgeable. My surgery went very well, Dr Everts was friendly and professional. He explained my diagnosis and took care of the issue quickly and efficiently. He was just as good at follow up , explaining what I needed to do to fully recover. I would recommend using their faculty. Thank you.

I give a big double hi-five to Shelby Oral and facial surgery. I had a tooth filled May 4. It was tender for quite a while and then about for a week and a half or about a week. I was in severe pain and went to the dentist. Said it was infected. Gave me antibiotics four days later no better went back changed my antibiotic no better three days later. I said somebody please pull this tooth to no avail. I can send you to have a root canal or to an oral surgeon. Can’t afford a root canal oral surgeon in my vicinity. Made me an appointment for five days later for a consultation now I’m going on two weeks with severe pain. Had a mutual friend that knew about Shelby Oral call them they got me in that day that afternoon didn’t feel a thing everyone the whole staff was so friendly so well accommodating the oral surgeon amazing the assistant ,outstanding. So I give Shelby Oral and facial surgery 10 out of 10 if you need any kind of oral surgery, don’t hesitate to go see them thank you all so much. I appreciate everything you did for me.

Lauren did a great job of checking us in and was so kind. There was no waiting for my appointment and we were taken right back. Jennifer & Nikki were wonderful care givers & gave very clear instructions. Definitely 5 stars service!!
