Amazing Wisdom Teeth Removal! Came in to get 4 wisdom teeth removed and had a wonderful experience (as wonderful as you can have getting wisdom teeth removed đ”âđ«). The front desk staff is always so kind and went out of their way to keep me informed and comfortable. Dr. Rob did the removal and talked me through the whole process. He and his assistant were so respectful and kind and kept me feeling very safe and dignified. His communication was great and I loved how he continued to talk with me like normal, even when I had gauze stuffed up my face and definitely looked a little goofy. The procedure was speedy and painless and I am so grateful for the kindness of this staff. They made me feel so comfortable and kept me laughing from start to end.

I had a very disappointing experience as a new patient at this dental office. When I scheduled my appointment several months in advance, I was specifically told that my existing X-rays would be acceptable for my visit. However, after arriving for my appointment, I was informed that my X-rays were ânot sufficientâ and that the office would need to perform their own X-rays before treatment could continue.
After speaking with the office manager, who explained that new X-rays were necessary for proper treatment, I agreed. Before the X-rays were taken, I requested a lead vest with a thyroid collar, which is standard safety practice in dental offices. The hygienist placed a vest on me, but I immediately noticed that it was damaged in several areas. The cracks and worn sections clearly compromised the integrity of the protective shielding.
I politely expressed concern about the condition of the vest and requested a safe, undamaged replacement. I was then told that this was the only thyroid-collar vest they had available. I even asked whether two vests could be layered for additional protection and peace of mind, but instead of addressing my concerns professionally, the office ultimately wanted me to leave.
As a patient, I do not believe it is unreasonable to expect basic radiation safety equipment to be maintained in proper condition. I also do not appreciate being told one thing before my appointment and then being pressured into additional imaging once I arrived. Overall, the experience left me feeling dismissed and uncomfortable rather than cared for as a patient.

Everyone from Brady and Erin at the front desk to the hygienists and of course Dr Kim and Dr Rob are wonderful. This office is kind, efficient and their communication is stellar. I always know what to expect from insurance prior to any work being done. I very much appreciate this office and would happily recommend

I would like to thank Kim and Rob at Complete Dental Care for their attention to detail and Wanda of coarse for all of the hard work they did reconstructing my teeth with 4 implants and 8 veneers!!! It was a tremendous amount of work but injuries from racing through the years had taken their toll. Rob is a craftsman and has an attention to detail that is second to none he has taken care of me and my family for years and I couldnât be more thankful. If youâre wondering who you can go to and know that youâre going to be taking care of this is the place to go!!!

I'm truly Lucky to have been recommended to this prestigious place. I have been above satisfied on my last two visits here. This is By Far the best dentist I have ever been to. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
"Dr. Rob" was really good at his job and really friendly too. he involved me in the whole process and made sure I was completely doing fine throughout the process.
The other staff members from the front to the back are all well mannered ,really friendly and so much helpful. I am super confident with them on matters regarding my teeth. I am definitely going back for more of their awesome services. I am grateful for the much they have already done.
I highly recommend anyone who will come across this review to try them. I already assure you you will not regret it this is a great place I promise.
I will conclude here by saying many Thanks to "Dr. Rob" and "The Complete Dental Care Family" as a whole you all are good awesome people GOD bless you all.
