I was treated with the best of care by highly proffessional friendly people. Dr Goroski and his team are wonderful and made me completely comfortable and pain free throughout my procedures. Skillful and attentive. They explained what I needed to know before, during and after my visits, including the expense and insurance information. I am totally happy with the service.

Rest assured when you have an appointment,you will be seen on time. This was the most professional run office I have been to in my entire life. I'm 60 years old and would recommend Dr.patrick j goroski D.D.S. I was blown away by staff,they are very kind and professional. I love their personal touch. Highly recommend,you won't find anyone better.

One of the best periodontist's I've had the privilege of working with. The office was always a fun, positive, and professional environment. Procedures are always done with sterilization and patient care being a top priority. I would recommend anyone come to this office for treatment.

Meet the Doctors

Dr. Goroski graduated from Carroll College in Helena, Montana in 1999, earned his dental degree at the UCLA School of Dentistry, and completed a three year residency in periodontics at the West Los Angeles Veterans Affairs Hospital, where he served as chief resident. He has practiced on the Central Coast since 2006 and is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, the California Society of Periodontists, the Academy of Osseointegration, the California Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the Central Coast Dental Society. He focuses on minimally invasive surgical treatment of gum disease, cosmetic periodontal procedures, and dental implant placement. Dr. Caroline Arceo, who comes from a family of dentists in Napa, California, completed her undergraduate studies in biology at Lewis & Clark College and earned her dental degree at the Oregon Health & Science University School of Dentistry, where she received the Operative Dentistry Award and the American Academy of Periodontology Award at graduation. She stayed at Oregon Health & Science University for her residency in periodontics, earning a master's degree, and completed her residency in 2019 before joining the practice on the Central Coast.
