We had a wonderful experience. The procedure was remarkably stress-free for our child. Dr. Howard and his assistant Mary Jo were exceptionally professional. They clearly explained each step and even had our child learn about the different tools used.

So I've had past trauma from going to the doctor. I got a filling done here, and I can say it was the best dentist experience I had. The dentist was very patient, kind, and he talked me through the process. The dental assistant was very kind and made sure I was comfortable. Definitely an amazing experience.

They made sure I was out at tooth hurty to make my next appointment! Recommend so strongly they deserve a plaque! Extra points for their speakers playing my personal fav, Fluo-Ride!

I’ve been back a forth with this place, they treat daughter, and do good work. Key words, daughter…and “good”….as for me, I think I’ve been totally in completely aged out of anything that has to do with dental care in Buffalo, New York. I’ve been from ECMC emergency care that literally almost put me I the hospital. One Sloppy dentist after the other. And receiving x-rays every single time I walk into an office…. I’m left confused in pain and is every week ticks by more and more damage is done. I had an appointment yesterday at a different location. I am still not shure why?Needless to say after all of the time MORE X-RAYS!💀( and a couple eye rolls later) for one procedure…that’ll be 2,000. I’m trying to receive hip surgery So I’ve not been Able to work and I have to have all infections in my mouth taken care of before I approach the surgery. I was supposed to have the surgery in June. That is never gonna happen… I am left with mouth pain. I’m left confused with my options. I’m left with body pain because I cannot approach my hip surgery. Today I’m going to be looking into out of town? Out of state dental care if that is my option. If you’re In your 20s and 30s…40’s even… I envy you and the dental care that you receive. Don’t quit your day job…you’re gonna need it….otherwise if you’re working a full time job, great insurance, get regular cleanings with a occasional filling… Concierge dental is for you. They will treat you right.

Awkward 1st time visit! Denist, Dr. Hoon, was excellent. The hygenist(don't recall her name) was also very helpful, "listened",thorough, excellent attitude! Very professional. Very disapointed on 5 month wait to come back for cleaning, when @present (May), have ongoing issues that need attention NOW!! Told could be put on "cancelation list!"???
