I recently visited this dental office and had a much better experience than I expected. To be honest, I went in feeling pretty hesitant because my last visit at a different dentist didn’t go well. On top of that, I was already having a tough day, so I wasn’t at my best and had a lot of anxiety walking in. From the moment I arrived, the team was incredibly welcoming. The entire process was also very fast and efficient, but I never felt rushed or overlooked. I really appreciated how kind and professional everyone was, especially given the headspace I was in. This visit completely changed my outlook, and I’m grateful to have found a place that made such a difficult day a little easier. Thank you.

Do not trust this business to provide you with credible insurance coverage information. We are new to the area and made an appointment for teeth cleaning for our teenage son. We were told we were out of network, but that they would check if our insurance company would still cover the service since it was only a cleaning. The told me they would call and check with our insurance. I called the day before the appointment to verify that the cleaning would be covered and they (Jordan) specifically told me that they had verified with our insurance and that the cleaning would be covered 100%. Three weeks after the service, we got concurrent bills from our insurance and their billing office stating we owed $170.00. I called their office to resolve the situation and although “Jordan” did not deny what she had specifically told me, their billing department stated the best they could do is have me submit the total amount in two payments. I find their business practices extremely unprofessional and borderline fraudulent. I will never again do business with them since they can’t be trusted to provide you with regular information concerning insurance coverage (or they outright lied to me about checking with the insurance company).

I am glad to say that our issued was resolved after receiving a call from “Cristina”, who was very helpful and professional. After providing her with some details regarding the issue, she stated that the charges would be reimbursed to us and offer me a free cleaning. Our credit card charges were reimbursed to our account within 24 hours. I truly appreciate the prompt response and fast resolution. All a clear indication of a very professional business. Conroe Dental Associates has a very friendly staff and they are great at making you feel comfortable! I went on my first visit, which was a routine cleaning, and they took exceptional care during the process and let me choose if I needed a pause. They have up-to-date equipment and checked items like bone mass around my teeth, which had never been done before by previous dentists. I'll definitely keep using them as my dentist!

Dr.Nguyen and Dr.Khowng have been absolutely amazing. When I went in with a broken crown, they took care of me right away. I needed a tooth extraction and Dr.Nguyen made time to come take care of it even though he was enjoying his newborn baby. They both are so personable. The staff are so friendly and reassuring.... they have a great team..

Incredibly nice group of people who obviously enjoy working with each other! Everyone I encountered from Jordan at reception to Dr. Nguyen at the end of my visit was so nice and personable and really put me at ease! I came Thursday for an initial exam and I saw Shenae who was very friendly and pleasant. At the end of my visit I saw Dr. Nguyen who was happy to give me a clean bill of dental health. I made a cleaning appointment for the next day and brought my baby because I was told the office was family friendly and boy was it! Michelle did my cleaning appointment and made sure I had room to park my stroller and paused for me to check when baby started to fuss a little. Alex came over and asked if she could push the stroller and try to soothe and play with my baby which was so sweet and appreciated! Above and beyond service and such nice and genuine people! I will definitely return!
