Loved the dental assistants especiallyJanina. I'm not sure if Ispelledit correctly. đShe has such a beautiful spirit. Actually everyone was very pleasant from the time I came in till the time I left. The dentist pulled 2 teeth and very fast and patient. The lady who gave me the numbing shots was sweet as well. I also appreciate Janina calling me to see how I was feeling after my procedure.

I've gone to this dentist office for probably at least 12 years. They've been great with my kids too! My favorite part is that they can clean all 4 of my kids' teeth at the same time, in one open room that allows me to easily move between the chairs and go over updates and results for each separate child. I typically never have to wait very long to be seen after arrival. We've seen a few different providers, and all of them have been great. We mostly see Dr. Josh, and he's wonderful. Two of my children have gotten their orthodontic care here too, and that's been good experiences. They accept tenncare too, and they have a Spanish speaking front desk lady available if needed, which I'm sure is helpful for lots of people.

I was hesitant on making this review but I feel this is necessary. I got all 4 wisdom teeth removed 5/20/26 which I had to be awake for due to insurance and things. Everyone treated me great that day and even checked up on me the day after. But on day three (5/22/26) I was feeling immense pain and tried to call them but due to Memorial Day they were closed Friday 5/22/26 through Monday 5/25/26 so they said in their voicemail to call the after hours emergency line. I called the emergency line numerous times from Friday to Monday and everytime went straight to voicemail (I left a voicemail there as well) when I finally got ahold of the office on Tuesday morning I explained the immense pain and aches I was having. They did offer for me to come in at 11am that day but because I am a manager where I work I could not leave, so the next earliest time they could get me in was Thursday at 3pm which I accepted. I then asked what could be done for pain in the meantime (Iâve already taken thousands of mg of ibprophen and Tylenol at this point during my days because thatâs all I could do to try and help the pain) she told me to just keep trying what Iâm trying. I finally went in Thursday and it was determined to be a day socket. So for 8 days I have had to work and take care of my 3 year old son by myself in this immense pain with nothing working to ease it. After the appointment and then stuffing my dry socket and prescribing me antibiotics they sent to me on my way. I went to the chiropractor to try and relieve some of the pressure and tenseness I was feeling in my shoulder and jaw from clenching my jaw because of this and he told me I need to go to the urgent care and get seen the urgent care recommended I go to the ER after looking at me and seeing the pain that I was in. Because I had work at 7 am the next day and had my 3 year old with me I couldnât take the time to go to the ER. I called the dentist back the next day and explained all of that and they said just wait for the antibiotics to kick in and if itâs still hurting call back Monday. I feel completely dismayed. No person should have to deal with the pain of dry socket for 8 days. Itâs like they are treating me like I just want some medication. Like a criminal.

When I made the appointment they did not mention anything about how I needed old scans from my old dentist to even be able to be seen. They sent me a text saying this the Friday before my appointment Monday morning at 8:00 am. When I called to reschedule they said since I was a âno showâ they will not reschedule me and to find a new provider. Thatâs fine but your front desk people need to let people know in advance what they need before they get that ridiculous text. I waited 4 months for that appointment thinking I got a âgood oneâ when really theyâre trash.

Very good people... good service and they don't take advantage from you.
Great service.
I have been in other places and they only want to take all your money from you.
