After moving to Sugar Land, finding the right dentist was a top priority for me, and Dr.
Thomas exceeded all my expectations! I've had a lot of issues with my teeth, so it was really important to me to find a dentist who's skilled and not going to push unnecessary work.
I'm so grateful I found him.
At my first visit, the dental hygienist was honestly the best I've ever had. I had a few sore areas in my gums, and she took the time to topically numb them before cleaning. She was incredibly gentle and patient. I also had three crowns that were causing problems, and Dr.Thomas replaced them and did an amazing job. I really appreciated how thorough he was and how clearly he explained everything—he is kind and genuine, which made a big difference. I felt at ease and in very good hands. Everyone in the office is so kind, and the place is spotless.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Thomas to anyone looking for a great dentist in the area.

I've been coming here for years, and there's a reason I keep coming back!
Recently I had to switch to a new dentist because of a change in my insurance. The experience was so bad that I immediately came back here for a second opinion. I'm so glad I did. Dr. Thomas took the time to go through every single tooth in my paperwork, explained everything clearly, and reassured me that I was fine — contradicting a diagnosis I'd just been given elsewhere.
That kind of honesty and thoroughness is exactly why I trust this office completely. The care here has always been so kind and professional. The whole team is amazing!!!
I can't recommend them enough! I will never go anywhere else.

Dr. Siny Thomas is an excellent professional with good knowledge, expertise, and personal traits with compassion, kind, takes time to listen, answer questions in detail, not in a hurry, explains the work to be done very well and takes time. I had root canal done today at his office. Almost three and a half hours as additional two roots needed work as they went in. Absolutely no pain, not even a prisoner pinch. The staff are knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and full of smile that makes us feel very confident and comfortable. They have in house lab and so making of crown is quick. I strongly recommend this dentistry for anyone needing dental work.

I have been their client for 10 years. Dr Siny Thomas is always kind and professional and recommends what is only necessary . The front desk staff are amazing. My dental hygienist Ally was outstanding today. She was meticulous detail oriented and did a thorough job. Highly highly recommend them

My wife and I are new patients, and Dr. Thomas and his staff took great care of us. My wife has a history of anxiety when visiting the dentist and they were very accommodating to her needs. We highly recommend!

Cornerstone Dentistry is led by Dr. Siny Thomas, BDS, DMD, FICOI. According to the practice website, Dr. Thomas earned his bachelor of dental surgery degree at the University of Mysore Dental School in India and his doctor of dental medicine degree at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, graduating in 2003 before returning to practice in Sugar Land. His implant training listed on the site includes the surgical program of the Pikos Institute, the prosthetic program of the Misch Implant Institute, and surgical training in implantology and prosthodontics at Brazil Metropolitan University of Santos. He is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, a graduate of the Kois Center with Mentor status, and Director of the Kois Center Study Club in Houston.
