$50 fee if you cancel less than 48hrs in advance. Life happens. This policy does not mesh with a full-time working mom. I tried to cancel 24hrs in advance and got charged. Good enough dentist but I’m going elsewhere.

I had a minor dental emergency the other day and Cortez Dental (also my regular dentist) came through. On a scheduled day off, Hannah and Amanda came in to help reset a bridge for me. And let me say these two ladies knocked it out of the park. Everyone there is always nice and the service is always a 10 out of 10. But these ladies were a 12 out of 10 yesterday. Thank you for what you did.

Berlin was so nice, my teeth look great. I have anxiety going to the dentist but these guys are great. So patient will me and everyone is so very kind! Thank you all!

Very Good Place! I love my new smile! I've been very pleased with the great fit of my implants & dentures. Every detail was explained to me along with the pros & cons of each procedure. The technical expertise of Dr. Schade & his dental lab are outstanding. Dr. Schade is kind, easy to talk to, & very precise. I would recommend this office & thank them for everything! I'm 71, and this Cortez Dental has the BEST dentist, staff, environment, with the latest equipment, I've ever been to. It is absolutely worth the 2 hour drive from Hermosa to get there. The whole staff are friendly and helpful. But Dr. Schade is a master! Multi tasker with great care to all patients. Knows exactly what he's doing and almost every word to so many songs. What a wonderful experience. I actually look forward to going to the dentist!
