What an amazing group of Staff here. They are so kind, helpful and professional. Especially when it comes to accepting certain insurances Ashley did an amazing job helping me sort everything out. The amazing work didn’t stop just at the front. t
The Dental Assistants in the back and Doctor took amazing care of my wife. They were very thorough and honest. If you want go somewhere, where you’re treated like a human. Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry of the Keys is the place to go. Thank you so much can wait for our next visit.

I normally get very nervous going to the dentist, but this office completely changed that for me. The staff was patient, understanding, and never rushed me. The dentist explained everything step by step and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Hands down the best dental experience I’ve had. The hygienist Sofia is the best in her field, the staff is friendly, and Dr. Martin is incredibly knowledgeable and gentle. I felt truly cared for, not rushed. I would absolutely recommend this office to friends and family.

Dr.Martin and his staff are absolutely fantastic! I recently suffered a terrible accident and broke all 4 of my front teeth, and had to have stitches. Dr Martin saw me within 24 hrs of my accident and had me fixed up within 48 hours of my accident! They were gentle with my injuries, worked with me on payments and overall helped me get my smile back and gave me an incredible dental experience! Would 1000% recommend!! Outstanding experience – highly recommend!
I had some discomfort heading into the weekend and submitted an online request on the website for Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry of the Keys in Big Pine, not expecting much of a response.
To my surprise, within the hour Ashley had called, texted, and emailed me. Her responsiveness and kindness immediately put me at ease. After I replied, Dr. Martin got me in the chair quickly and set up a clear plan to help, which was a huge relief.
From the treatment itself to the overall demeanor, hospitality, and care shown by the entire team, they truly went above and beyond. Everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with genuine compassion.
I would absolutely refer anyone in need of dental care to Dr. Martin, Ashley, and the rest of the family‑like Lower Keys team.

I have been a patient of Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry for the last several years. They are a phenomenal dentist practice. Dr Amanda Cobb does great work. She and her team are excellent at what they do and their customer service is truly amazing. Over Christmas this year I had tremendous pain in a molar and needed to talk to someone about a potential root canal. I called the practice and left a message because they were closed for the holiday. I expected to hear back when they reopened the next week. However, within an hour I received a call from the office manager Ashley. She quickly arranged for me to get an antibiotic for the tooth and moved things around on the schedule to get me in Monday morning the moment they reopened. She was kind and very concerned about my well being despite the fact that I was interrupting her Christmas vacation. She even texted me later to confirm I received my RX. Never in my life have I had a doctor or dentist practice provide such good care with such tremendous customer service. I am grateful to the entire team and could not recommend them more highly.
