I needed a crown asap for a broken tooth and was not a regular patient at the office. They got me in 30 minutes after I called and replaced the crown right away. By 12:00 I walked out ready to get on with my day. And the procedure was flawless. The tech and the dentist worked very well together and were kind and skilled. The experience was so good we have switched to them as our new dentist (and we only are here 2 months a year so they are that good to deserve our time when here!) What a great experience and a great find!

I am a new patient. Veronica cleaned my teeth, and I believe it was t;he best cleaning I've ever had. She was very diligent and gave me some helpful recommendations. Mario is a delightful young man and was gentle in taking X-rays. He made sure I was comfortable during my whole appointment. With my examination Dr. Pollard was very thorough and worked with my situation (very old teeth). I am so grateful for changing dentists. This appointment was the best since coming to the Verde Valley 25 years ago. Natalie Joels

I also never write reviews, but I felt compelled after my first visit with Jasmyn (hygienist) and Dr. Line to share my thoughts. Everyone is professional, compassionate, caring and these are truly people doing what they love doing. I look forward to a long relationship with these wonderful folks and would recommend them to anyone needing dental care.

I had such a great experience at modern dentistry! Thankyou to Justine and Jocelyn who made me feel so welcomed. I was able to get a cleaning and radiographs in the same appointment without feeling like a burden. Highly recommend this place!

⭐☆☆☆☆ One Star – Disappointing and Unethical Billing Practices I had a very frustrating experience with this dental office, mainly due to dishonest communication and questionable billing practices from the management. I was initially given one understanding of the cost for services, only to later discover I was being overcharged. During my appointment, when I raised concerns, about available treatment options, they quickly avoided resolving the issue directly by apologizing and telling i did not ha ve to pay for the visit. What made the situation worse was that payment was waived only to be mailed 2 weeks later and I found that additional charges appeared afterward — charges that were never clearly explained or authorized at the time of service. This felt deceptive and unprofessional. Patients should be able to trust that pricing is transparent and final, not manipulated after the fact. Dental care is already stressful enough without having to worry about being misled or billed extra later. This place has the lowest rating in Cottonwood for a reason!!!!! BE CAREFUL.
