The staff was great. It was my first time meeting everyone in person, and they made us feel very welcome. The consultation was thorough, and my daughter felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The surgery went smoothly, and everything from booking the appointment to the day of surgery was easy and stress-free. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend them.

Great experience! My anxiety was nerve racking with the wisdom teeth removal but the entire staff team was professional, knowledgeable and was able to calm me and make the entire process smooth and easy. Dr Joyce checked in prior to the surgery and provided her expert opinion about my situation and the process was smooth. Thank you!!

What can I say about this place? The entire staff is incredibly caring, attentive, and professional. The doctor was extremely patient with our daughter, who has a special treatment plan involving medication, and handled the entire situation with great understanding and compassion. Even after the surgery, they called to check on our daughter and see how she was doing. That level of care truly shows how much they value their patients. This place deserves far more than 5 stars—I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication, hard work, and outstanding care.

My experience with the Cottonwood dental practice has been 100% positive in every way.. From her staff to Dr. Jeffries, herself, my entire experience was delightful. The atmosphere is very relaxed and yet very professional. I had a tooth extracted and Dr Jeffries talked me through the entire procedure which took hardly any time at all. I had no pain at all during the removal of the tooth and only had to take Tylenol once when I returned home. I can't recommend this Dental Office highly enough!! I am recommending Dr. Jeffries and her team to all of my friends!
