I have been receiving my dental care from Coulee Family Dental for several years, As a 70yo, military retiree, who served 26 years in the Army, I’ve had a lot of dental experiences. Some were a bit traumatic while serving on active duty. I’m very selective about all my providers!
I retired in 2001 and have sought dental care from Coulee Family Dental for 6+ years. ALL their staff, dental and administrative, are very friendly, caring and compassionate.
My priorities for dental providers are their level of skill, their cost effectiveness, their bedside manner, and their accessibility. Coulee Family Dental exceeds all my priorities and my expectations!
If you are new to the area and looking for a dentist, look no further than this practice. If you’ are considering switching providers, you will be very happy, if you choose this practice.
I’ve been treated by all three of their dentists, and their consistency of care is unrivaled. Their support staff, especially Angela, Nathan, and Beth are consummate professionals, as well as everyone else on their team. There is no place I’d rather receive my dental care than Coulee Family Dental!!

Amazing experience.
Throughout my life I have had a considerable amount of work done on my teeth and have had many different dentists. Coulee Dental dentists and staff are the best. Friendly and informative about every step in the process. I wouldn’t ever consider going anywhere else.

Terrible experience!! We were referred to coulee family but after the way we were treated I’d never refer anyone there. My children were discriminated against. We don’t have state insurance we have paid insurance through my employer. They told me because we had medical assistance in the past they will not see my children. Absolutely ridiculous. Went to aspen and Midwest with no issue. Discrimination at its finest. I honestly think it’s because my children are African American so I will be pursuing legal action.

The dentist who pulled my tooth took everything into consideration and tried his best to make it as easy as possible. Definitely like this place and the people who work there.

I was a patient of dr kotnour for over 30 years and was concerned with him retiring. But i have continued to have my dental needs met at coulee family dental. Over the past 6 months, I have several visits to this dentist office. And at each visit, I was greeted by Nathan. Nathan was always pleasant, professional and above all genuinely sincere...it definitely shows he enjoys his job.
Next I need to say Dr RJ and his team have always been professional and caring. Its refreshing to see that along with those qualities, they also have a sense of humor.
My only concerns have been the 2x year scheduling for existing patients. However, this issues has seemed to corrected itself and back to 2x year cleaning.
At my last visit to have a permanent crown placed, it was suggested since I had an upcoming appt for cleaning and exam, to complete the exam portion at that visit. I expressed concern about insurance coverage but was told no issue. But I just received the EOB denying this exam which would have been covered at the cleaning/exam appt.
I will discuss this at my next visit, and hope for resolution.
You really can not go wrong by having your dental needs met at coulee family dental.
