I can’t say enough good things about Couzens Dental. Dr. Couzens was wonderful, clearly takes pride in her work, and made me feel comfortable and confident in her care. The staff was excellent from start to finish, and I felt I could truly trust the entire team. My overall experience was fantastic. This is a top-notch dental practice.

I needed to have a tooth extracted today due to a crack in the tooth. Dr. Vargo did an amazing job! He was thorough and professional, but also very kind and caring. He took the time to explain what to expect during the procedure, and gave me very thorough post-op instructions. Not only that, but he phoned me this evening to see how I was doing AND gave me his cell phone number to call if I had any concerns. What an amazing doctor! What an amazing practice!

The good Doc has an excellent staff. I've had the same hygienist for years which makes all of the recommendations pretty easy to adopt based on proven experience. Clearly the driving force is Dr Couzens... leadership via example. Five star experience every visit.

I'd ben A patient of Dr. Couzens since April/May 2025. She'd also place me 2 crowns. On my last visit there I mentioned that I would need to have my teeth cleaned I was scheduled for an appointment on January 6. I came in at the designated time agreed I told the hygienist I did not want more x-rays because I had so many in 2025 and I did not want. She exclaimed "the doctor will not treat you if I don't do all these x-rays". After 50 minutes of having x-rays photographs etc. I was then told by the hygienist that she did not have time to clean my teeth I was astounded. She said you can come back today at 1:30 or I will look at Wednesday. I did come back on yesterday at 1:30 she cleaned my teeth in about 20 minutes I went to the front desk to pay I was told my teeth cleaning appointment would be $465 I was in shock. I've been with another Dentist for at least 12 years here never had I paid over $250 for cleaning I felt I was being gouged and I felt like they were not treated me as a person I was just a number coming in and they were just gonna take everything they could advantage of me. I was never told that I would be paying so much money to a dentist who treats you just like a number and charges that exorbitant fee. Dr. Couzens is not the dentist for me .

My husband & I became new patients of Cousins Dental today & we both can’t say enough good things about the practice. We learned about the practice from folks we know here on the island as we were asking around about a practice we could join. I called to make an appointment for us & had a welcoming phone call with the staff. The online registry was easy to complete which made our visit today already easy to check in. Upon our arrival the staff was beyond welcoming! Both of our hygienists, Sharon & Laurie, could not have been more friendly, professional, & thorough. Meeting Dr. Cousins was a joy especially when I had gotten a phone call from her personally the night before our appointment! Everyone talked about patients becoming family in that practice & I think it truly shows! Add that to the knowledge & sharing of information all along the way of the visit makes them a top notch practice!
