Dr. Kim is friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. I'm confident that he will be able to provide and coordinate the long-term care for your dental health. (My impression on first visit) His staff are warm and professional, particularly Courtney at reception and Brittany the hygienist. Second visit, I'd a toothache and Dr Kim and Courtney was able to schedule me in promptly. The assistants Hillary and Vanessa were kind and professional and provided thorough instructions. Vanessa, the hygienist, was very skillful in administering the anesthesia. The procedure went very well. More visits affirmed their excellent communications, professionalism, and skills in the holistic dental care. I want to add appreciation to Briana and Bethany for their help and care.

Dr. Kim is a wonderful dentist. He is very professional and precise. I trust his excellent judgment and expertise. I feel so fortunate to have him! Today we re-did an old crown. I didn’t even feel the shot to numb my gums. He worked quickly and carefully. He is so kind. I’m sure he took care of me the way he would have with his own kids!

Dr. Kim is an excellent dentist. I have always had terrible anxiety about going to the dentist, and I've had to have a lot of work done over the years. I've seen several dentists in Davis and not had very good experiences. That changed when I came to see Dr. Kim. Dr. Kim is thorough, kind and great at communicating with his patients. I had to get two crowns last week, and almost fell asleep because the procedure was so painless! His staff is really great too! They are very clear and knowledgeable about insurances policies, appointments and payment. And, they have serious and careful guidelines regarding COVID.

My entire family is under Dr. Kim’s care. With professionalism, he addresses our questions and concerns, always finding the best solution. The quality of everything he does is impressive. Our smiles have never looked so great! The team at Covell Family Dental is exceptionally culturally inclusive. Although English is not our first language, we always feel understood and respected in all conversations. The staff also takes into consideration our needs and financial expectations. It took us a few years to find our dental office in Davis, but I’m glad we found it! I highly recommend Cover Family Dental!

There's a new hygienist who is very competent, thorough, and gentle. Dr. Kim is excellent, also. he has never recommended unnecessary dental work. he is efficient, kind, and pleasant to talk to. he is very willing to explain procedures and any questions you may have. his front desk staff has been there many years and they are very efficient, too. Courtney, the main receptionist, will try very hard to make sure your insurance will pay for as much dental work as possible. she is extremely knowledgeable and will answer all questions you may have. I highly recommend this dental office and staff.
