I’ve had enough procedures here to qualify for a frequent‑flyer card, and every single time they treat me like a human being, not a mouth on legs.
The front and back office staff? Elite. They remind you about your appointments like they’re your personal assistants — texts, calls, vibes, everything. Honestly, they’re more consistent than some people I know.
Walking into this office feels like stepping into a place where everyone actually likes their job. The energy is good, the people are kind, and they make even the “oh no, I need dental work” moments feel manageable. They explain things clearly, they don’t rush you, and they make sure you’re comfortable the whole time.
Whether it’s a cleaning, a filling, or something more serious, they handle it with care and skill. I always leave feeling taken care of — and that’s saying a lot for a dental visit.

Came in for an Ortho consult and was incredibly impressed with the tech and efficiency here at Covina smile. Renee and Dr Sima did a great job showing and teaching me about the clear aligner process. They had flexible payment options and made the entire process easy and simple to start. Looking forward to the end result. Highly recommended visiting this office.

I always receive excellent care here. The staff is very welcoming, kind and always with smiles in their faces, and the doctors take the time to listen and make sure I’m comfortable. This was our first visit to this dental office, and we had the best experience. My husband, my 2-year-old daughter, and I all went together, and from the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. The customer service was truly outstanding. The staff was especially patient and gentle with my daughter, which meant so much to us as parents. They made us all feel comfortable and at ease. We are so happy we found this office and will definitely be returning!

I love coming to Covina Smile. I usually get really anxious about going to the dentist, but they always make the process so easy. Everyone is extremely patient, caring, and attentive, constantly checking in to make sure I’m comfortable.
Michelle did my cleaning, and it was the fastest yet most thorough cleaning I’ve ever had. It was completely pain-free and surprisingly comfortable I couldn’t believe how quickly it went by, and my teeth look amazing.
I genuinely love coming here. This is the first dental practice where I’ve ever felt truly safe and comfortable. I definitely recommend coming in!
