I’ve never felt more taken care of by a dental office than I do at this one. From the moment you walk in, the entire staff is warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The front desk team is always organized, patient, and helpful with scheduling and questions.
Dr. Burch is exceptional, skilled, gentle, and thorough. He explains everything clearly, makes sure I’m comfortable, and genuinely cares about my long-term dental health. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and the results show it.
The hygienists and assistants are just as fantastic. They’re friendly, efficient, and always make each visit smooth and stress free.
If you’re looking for a dental office that combines top tier care with an amazing team, this is the place. I highly recommend them!

I have been going to this Dentist office for over 20 years now. I have outlasted 3 dentists and 4 hygienists and am now using number 4 and 5. They have always been helpful and changed appointments if needed and worked me in if I had an emergency or great pain. I really don’t like going to the dentist, but I find every staff member to be so supportive and nice. I trust them and highly recommend them.

SUPER nice & super caring staff! And they’re VERY good at what they do.
Dr Burch is AMAZING - HIGHLY skilled, kind & gentle.
I went to my first appointment last January with severe anxiety. Everyone has been very patient, & Dr Burch’s kindness & gentleness are helping me. This summer I even made it ok through getting a crown. The crown, by the way, was done incredibly well & feels great.
Today I went for a cleaning & had only the most minimal anxiety.
I wholeheartedly recommend Crater Lake Dental, especially if you suffer from anxiety over going to the dentist like I did.

This is the place to go for your dental needs. The doctor is kind and gentle, and the nurses and assistants are the best. They don't come any better. So compassionate and caring. I am extremely happy with Crater Lake Dental.

Crater lake dental is a warm, inviting place to go for dental care. Everyone is exceptionally friendly and helpful and the hygienist is very sweet and gentle. And when you leave they have little complimentary plants, which personally I think is the best!

Dr. Burch says he enjoys helping patients get out of dental pain, resolve existing dental problems, learn how to prevent future issues, and feel more confident in their smiles. He describes having a calming presence and using gentle techniques to help patients who arrive anxious about dental visits.
