From the moment I walked in, I felt completely welcomed. The office is absolutely beautiful, clean, and has such a warm, inviting atmosphere. Every staff member greeted me with genuine smiles, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Kevin Diep was amazing professional, caring, and incredibly thorough. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and their experience. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. I’m definitely recommending Creating Beautiful Smiles and Dr. Diep to anyone looking for an exceptional dental office. Highly recommend!

From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel like family. Their warmth and kindness were truly heartwarming, and it was clear they take cleanliness very seriously.
I arrived with significant pain in my front teeth, and the team was quick to identify the issue and find a solution to alleviate my discomfort. Dr. Kevin was particularly helpful in explaining what was wrong with my teeth and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process.
Thanks to their exceptional care, I’ve decided that this will be my primary dental office for years to come! Everyone went above and beyond to ensure I felt safe and at ease.

I have known Dr.Kevin Diep for many years, and I can honestly say that I will never forget how kind, caring, and compassionate he has been throughout every step of my dental care. From day one, he has always treated me with genuine concern. He truly goes above and beyond to help his patients, always taking the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you feel comfortable.
What I appreciate most is his honesty and professionalism. I have always felt that he truly has my best interest at heart, never recommending anything unnecessary and always guiding me with integrity. That kind of trust is priceless.
His entire staff deserves recognition as well they are warm, welcoming, and incredibly supportive, making every visit a pleasant experience.

This was my first visit, and I can’t wait to tell my family about my experience here. I was referred by my aunt who absolutely raved about this office, so I had to check it out—especially after not-so-great experiences at my previous dentist.
From the very first call, Dr. Diep’s office exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff are AMAZING—friendly, helpful, and proactive. They even called my insurance without me asking to verify my coverage, which saved me from the usual stressful, back-and-forth phone calls between insurance and the office. That alone was a huge relief compared to my last dentist.
At my first appointment, the hygienist was fantastic. She was so friendly and easy to talk to, extremely detailed, and very thorough. They took plenty of photos and really took their time. Then the doctor came in and was just as thorough. He pulled all the images up on a large screen, walked me through everything up close, and clearly explained any concerns and recommendations.
What I appreciated most was how they broke things down—what was highly recommended for my dental health versus optional treatments that could enhance my smile cosmetically. There was absolutely no pressure or feeling like I had to do anything unnecessary, which I really appreciated.
On top of all that, my insurance ended up being a bit of a headache and got my coverage mixed up, and this office went above and beyond to help me sort it out. Anyone who’s dealt with insurance knows how frustrating that can be, so their support meant a lot.
Everyone here is so friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. I had a great experience and will absolutely be recommending to my entire family!
