Highly recommend Dr. Ouri! He genuinely cares about his patients. You can tell in how he treats you. I got 3 implants done and they feel wonderful! It’s such a relief to be able to chew properly again. He commutes two hours each way to be here and still brings so much compassion and hard work to every visit. Grateful to have found him!

I have been coming here for a few years and am now looking to go somewhere else; I would never recommend Creative Smiles to others. I had crown prep/temp crown done on May 11 which I thought went well; the staff were extremely kind and thorough and genuinely cared about the process and doing things correctly. However, I have had continued and increasing tooth pain since then that has impacted my ability to eat, sleep, and function. I've called and left multiple messages but have been left unanswered and without any care or treatment for my pain. As of the time of this review, I have no idea what my next steps are. I scheduled an emergency appointment with a different practice because of the pain and while I was given antibiotics and OTC pain meds, I have no answers for a permanent solution. The other practice recommended I get evaluated for a root canal, so I'm just independently calling endodontists to figure this out for myself, but I have no idea what this means for my next scheduled appointment for my permanent crown. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication or care and have been left essentially abandoned without care or treatment. I also find it interesting that staff have had time to respond to other Google reviews in the last week but not respond to my messages or call me back.

I am extremely disappointed with Creative Smile and would caution others against going here. Without giving me any notice, they switched my provider for a routine dental cleaning to an out-of-network dentist. I was hit with an unexpected bill. I have tried calling them to resolve this, but NO one answers. I even went into the office in person, and they just BRUSHED ME OFF, promising to call me back. They NEVER did. The whole experience feels incredibly deceptive. Avoid this clinic if you don't want surprise charges.

First time visit. My dental hygienist was great. He explained each step and gave me information for care of my teeth, along with a thorough cleaning. I am definitely going back for my next cleaning in 6 months!

I went in for a teeth cleaning. Quite frankly, I had an amazing experience. He cleaned my teeth and had a lot of patience as he had to constantly rinsing out my mouth and told me how to brush the hard spots. Very good young man. Thank you Creative Smiles Dental
