Rachel was so nice despite it being a while since I’d been to the dentist and having a broken wisdom tooth that is overdue to be extracted. I appreciated that they gave me a breakdown of all costs and gave me options before starting my cleaning. She explained every step as she worked on me, and I appreciated it even if I didn’t feel I needed it much. Dr. Patel was very patient when I had multiple questions for her, and even stayed a moment when she could tell I had another question I hadn’t been able to form yet. Overall awesome experience, and I’m glad I was able to see them!

I wanted to like this office for my husband and I but they are so disorganized and inconsistent. Each office rep gives different info. I also have yet to have the same hygienist, they keep quitting. Also, my cleanings have been really inconsistent, some people are a little bit more heavy-handed, and have pretty much stabbed my gums and doused me with the water gun. I also feel like there are definitely varying degrees of expertise. I’ve only gotten someone that I would say is proficient once out of five times. I called today though on behalf of my husband I made his appointment three weeks ago to have his crown reset he has a failed root canal from over 15 years ago and they had sent him to get a cleaning from a specialist since apparently they don’t do this service, we did x-rays and a 3-D scan. We have a confirmation for his appointment, we called today to get an estimate with procedural codes attached and make sure that they had his new insurance that I provided three weeks ago with Danielle and Debbie and Carla had no clue and basically said that a girlfriend had called and said that we had moved. We own our house outright there’s no way that we would’ve called that we moved and nobody did make that call, and I am a wife, not a girlfriend so this obviously was a note left for maybe somebody else’s account. But we have gotten ridiculous information regarding other appointments too. They have given us the wrong times before and our insurance information incorrect multiple times despite us updating it with their office. I would say at this point we gave it our best shot and there’s no reason to be a patient here anymore for either of us.

Dr. Patel has been amazing my last three visits. She is highly skilled and so kind. I have always dealt with fear going to Dentists. My procedures with her have been easy . She really takes care of her patients. She is a Diamond and loves what she does.💎 I highly recommend her for the Hill country New Braunfels Creekside

I walked in with a chipped front tooth and walked out wondering if it had ever been chipped at all. A beautiful smile is priceless, and they absolutely delivered. From the front desk to the assistant to the dentist, every single person was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared. The work is absolutely beautiful, and my smile has never looked better. Five stars isn’t enough!

Very, very happy with the treatment and care received at this office. Janelle is great! She was a big help and comfort to my husband during his treatment. Dr. Kalla is amazing!! He was very kind and patient, and helped so much!! He did multiple extractions in one visit and my husband felt absolutely No Pain during the procedure!!! Very Highly Recommend!
