Very, very happy with the treatment and care received at this office. Janelle is great! She was a big help and comfort to my husband during his treatment. Dr. Kalla is amazing!! He was very kind and patient, and helped so much!! He did multiple extractions in one visit and my husband felt absolutely No Pain during the procedure!!! Very Highly Recommend!

As a dental professional, I always strive to find the best dental office. There is more to having a nice clean looking office with all the modern technology. They must have the best Staff: Everyone-from the Dentist, the Hygienist, the Assistant, & the Front Desk. Yes, we all have our good days & not so good days. Nevertheless, Patient Care is the most important aspect of a Dental Office. I grew up in New Braunfels, (from 1952-1972). Then I joined the military, US Air Force & traveled across the US. I've lived most of my life in San Diego, CA. (Visited NB 2-3 times a year). I moved back to NB about 9 months ago & had to find a dentist who could do the work I needed. After much research online, God led me to this wonderful dentist at Creekside Dental, her name is Dr. Patel. Oh my goodness she is so kind caring & such excellent technique in all she did: How she explained everything, we discussed the anesthesia sites of injection, etc. So gentle was her mannerism. The assistant Shayna(sp?) was great as well. She ensured that I was comfortable & had a great technique while I was getting the injections of anesthesia. She also reminded Dr Patel that I couldn't lay back too far & couldn't have a certain type of anesthesia. They are definitely the ideal team🤗💕I love the fact that we could also joke around, sometimes you need that in dentistry- I should know, being in the dental profession most of my life. Kudos also to Julissa at the Front Desk for being so concise in explaining treatment plans & fees. (No hidden or surprise charges).

Over-the-Top Dentist and Dental Team at Creekside Dental!!! From the moment I walked into the front office until my appointment was completed, my experience was truly wonderful. Kiki took the time to explain every step of my initial visit, and I deeply appreciate her honesty, gentleness, and thoroughness. Dr. Kalla was both knowledgeable and personable which made me completely at ease. I am so very happy to be a patient at Creekside Dental. And… the office and dental rooms are beautifully comfortable which only added to the great experience.

Creekside Dental is just different than others. They have the right formula. Super nice people, no judgement, only want to help people get their smiles back. Dr Patel is amazing. I came there after years of neglecting my teeth. I’ve never had a good experience with a dentist which made me avoid it. Dr Patel explained my options and together we implemented a plan. The girls up front work hard to make sure your insurance pays. The hygienist is so nice and gentle. Love this place and highly recommend Creekside Dental.

My hygienist is amazing! I absolutely hate ( I know strong word) going to the dentist BUT she makes it an amazing experience. Honestly the best I have ever had. I have a lot of sensitive areas and she works so gently and doesn’t hurt me like others have in the past! The office is clean and staff is welcoming and friendly! 10/10! My pearly whites are happy!💖💕 Dr Patel fantastic!
